@@opendooronwheels for me, it’s not that I don’t understand SA culture or the way she speaks, lol. I’m African and I get South Africans more than most. I worked for an SA company though I’m based in the UK, and all my colleagues were SAs living in SA and we laughed and joked every day. They taught me a lot about their culture and there was a lot they didn’t have to teach me because my family is multicultural and I get most of it. I enjoyed being around SAs very much much. It’s her attitude and something about her makes it seem she thinks she’s better. That’s what we’re taking about. I don’t see this same issue in other singers like Beyoncé, Rihanna etc; they have their own personalities but they are still humble.
Go watch compilation videos of how she talks about American. She looks down on us. Also I'm convinced the industry passed Arya Star, who has way more hit and can dance better for Tyla based on her looking light skin. Times haven't changed much
