  • There's only so much a solo drummer can do without other musicians backing him up-a limitation that prompted musician Greg Fox to experiment with "sensory percussion," a pioneering drumming technique. By placing high-tech sensors on his snare, kick, toms, and cymbals, Greg managed to make a single drum kit function like a full band.

    Ive owned Sensory Percussion triggers for a few months now and the challenge is to go beyond samples and into something that resembles music. Maybe I can get there one day.

      Mixed is putting in all the pieces of audio files together , what is mastering?

    1:51 can anyone tell me what audio-interface he's using? Or what will do to record 1 sensory percussion module, an spd-sx and some accoustic drums?

    how is this different than triggering pads on an mpc ? Oh it's not - except it sounds like noise!
