This guy is an artist! A great nutty artist! Such details & steady hands ✋️
Thank you very much :) :) :)
Great work again. You do great free hand painting. I never could manage that. 😀
Thx! :) Just try :)
Aaaand there, I bought the kit. Couldn't resist after watching this video. Looking forward to building it.
Good luck with it! I like this model a lot!
Great to see the Octopus jig in action - the best tool I ever bought!!
Indeed! :)
I like the idea of paint variation. Also like the hand painted markings.
thx mate! :)
I really like how the anti-slip texture came out. Thanks for sharing
no problem! :)
Dude, just found this channel of yours. Very informative and fun to watch. I think that zajebiste is the right polish word 😉. Keep up the good work.
Yeah, zajebiste is correct Polish word! Thx a lot for this!!! :)
As usual, great video, your brush work on the small details is very smooth. You make it look easy

Great techniques and explanation. Results were great as well.

Outstanding paint job. Now looking forward to see the weathering process . Congrats for these interesting videos 👍
Thank you Jose. I hope the weathering will be also as good as this one! :)
Respekt for this absolutely perfectly model!!!
Thx a lot mate! :)
Thank you for the video and explanation. Your work is wonderful. Just FYI the 1ב you hand-painted means 1B, which indicates this is the second tank in the first team of this tank platoon.
Thank you very much buddy! :)

Good luck with them! :)
Is there a specific reason why you primed this Merkava in a grey primer instead of a black primer?
No, just had it. No specific reason at all! :)
Thank you for responding. So, I will share with you what happened to me. I applied the anti-slip using AK-Interactive product. I had no problem with this. I applied Mr. Hobby 1500 Surfacer Black primer to my Merkava Mk.2D. When I applied the base color (Vallejo Air Sinai Grey 82) the area where the anti-slip was applied, the dark (black) color from the primer showed through. It was very pronounced. I have applied two thinned down base color over the areas which did help. I normally prime all my models in black with no problem. However, I am convinced that I will have to use a grey primer going forward when using anti-slip. Lesson definitely learned. Just thought I'd pass this along. Also, I enjoy all your builds and tutorial videos. You certainly do excellent work.
@@TonyKelly-p7x Tony, thx for your comment. I didnt think about it and maybe it was a hand of God that I used grey primer? :) I dont know:) But I built VBCI with very rough texture and sprayed it with black primer and had no problems. I dont know. Sometimes strange things happen in modelling rooms :):):) Join to my Patreon! :)
I like it, looks great.
Thank you John! :)
Gday
I hope you will see this. How do you attach, detach your nut and bolt handle ? I love the idea and want to try on my next build. I reaam enjoying your channel and videos, so easy to follow so please keep up the great work
Cheers
Dave in Australia 😊
Well, I dont remove the nut from the model's interior. It stays there forever :)
Elegancka ta merkava👏z ciekawości, jakiego aerografu używasz najczęściej?
Dzięki. Od jakiegoś roku maluje aerografem z AK. A wcześniej chińczykami z allegro :)
Świetna praca. Inspirujące.
Dzięki frend! Zainspirować profesjonalistę to coś! :)
What paint brushes do you use the make and price
Mainly AK Interactive and Kozlowsky syntetic brushes for couple Euros :)
Excellent work on this beast. Are you planing any figures too?
Thx. No. No figures on/in the tank but 1 or 2 outside, on the base.
I really like this build. In my opinion the anti slip is awesome. I love your work but I am confused as to the overall colour of the vehicle. maybe I missed something as you used references. Great work
Thank you Dan. The collor is correct, after weathering it will be a bit darker. :)
what brush you used to draw the markings?
Here I used AK ones.
i like your videos
thx mate!
Surprised to learn that Hataka is Polish. The word itself sounds Japanese to me:)
Yep. but it's Polish :)
Hataka is also a Finnish surname, belive it or not.
The only reason I build scale models is to inhale the fumes....The smell of X-20 in the morning reminds me of........
yeah, I know that feeling :)
