Where do you get your grout from? And what type of grout is it?
Any DIY store that sell ceramic wall and floor tiles will sell it. It comes in powdered form, and different colours,just add water and mix.

why is the rubble so red when the building is so gray
The building is made of red brick with a grey render on top so the rubble would be red and grey.
