  • Have you ever tried this stuff banana vinegar? You must be familiar with white vinegar and apple cider vinegar. Banana vinegar is basically used in cerviches and salad dressings. The vinegar is made from fermented plantano nachos and a regular banana. You can definitely use normal banana and make this at home.
    USES:
    - HAIR RINSE
    - FOOT DEODORIZER
    - PROLONG LIVES OF FLOWER
    - RASHES AND ITCHES
    - HEAL BRUISE

I did this too..And outcome is great..I drink 2tbs every morning and i don't feel any abdominal pain after.,unlike when i used the commercially product Apple cider,it's too hot in the stomach. This process is easy and all natural,no any other additives.. I do love this video.Thank you for sharing.

you're not supposed to take a spoonful of ACV without water, this is a big misconception, you should blend it with some distilled water or something else at least.

    • @JurizKangKitchens

Hi there. Actually It's part of fermentation process, after few days and the juice turn into vinegar the white worms will start disappearing. Ang the color of the vinegar also change. The more you keep the vinegar the more it's give you a strong flavor.
