Brother you know what TS parameters are right? You can do this sweet thing now days instead of guessing on what you think, you can clamp your amps while you play your subs and find out if you are using the same wattage to both subs, you can also watch frequencies and check Db readings. I believe termlab has the clamp, meter and everything you need instead of guessing.
Thanks for what you do bro..explaining the facts and testing..im running sd now the sound quality where im at with them..compared to the price of jl audio..for not being american made sd next best thing..nameen..hopefully i can have you custom make to specs box from you cuz they quality
Just curious, have you ever tested Crystal Audio Solutions cs6v.3 8 inch sub? They had them buy one get one. Not sure if that is still running. Love 8's. Have had many. Great channel, keep it up.
😂…the Sundown was dimpling in the surround and bottomed out as well…and was a DD m2500 at 1ohm. You reaching for stars. How about you buy them both and see if you can get the X8 louder. 🤔
@@M.B.Enclosures That’s what I’m sayn. Sundown must to know it ain’t louder. Maybe the new basket hits lower frequencies or just something for the fans.
You could get enough airspace for 1 maybe 2 badass 8" subs in a 6th order. The bigger issue would be fitting the sub under the seat. Even a standard cutout 8" sub would need the enclosure to be at least 10" tall, 5" in from the front of the box. That would totally negate any chance of the backseats being usable. However, a pair of 1506s probably could fit in an underseat 6th order bandpass. That would only require the box to be 9" tall, 4.5" from the front of the box. And if you use a standard cutout 6.5 that would be 8.5" tall, 4" from the front. And this is all assuming 3/4" mdf
Mane I love seeing all these different subwoofer test and how MB shows how all these perform close to the same.

True to size subwoofers will be the new norm very soon.

I think that x4 was under powered and that g5 was bottom out a few times I saw that so we know that sundown x4 can take more power

Awesome video looking to upgrade my 8s I have Apocalypse DB-SA2508 waiting on your thoughts on how DD 608F compares before deciding what subs to get
No disrespect to you.. but Fuck Russia.
Would be a good video both subs same power and seee which one blows first. That’s the true test
Which one handles more power?
The G5 has been in production for a while, right? Wonder if Sundown met its goal with the V4.
It no louder that the x8v3

Why can't DD make a 2510. I have to go the 3510 way
What do you think of the JL 8w7 compared to these and in general? Are they a good buy?
They are a very good buy. The JL is for SQ so it’s not in this category
hmm wonder what the crossfire c7 or maybe toro force
Most of the people I know be sleeping on 8s I be trying to tell them lawd ta da hamercy
Sundown x8v4 vs dd 608f or g5 vs dd 608f
3:47 that DB drive cone looks like it’s off level my guy
Look at the Sundown x8v4 …dimpled as well. Both bottomed out and dimpled under the power.
💯
Is it possible to do a 6th order bandpass enclosure for 2 8’s? With a 3.5 inch seat lift and 3.4 cubic feet of air space?
😂
@@M.B.Enclosures Lol , I take that as I no? Would be sick if you could…

@@M.B.Enclosuresalways answering my questions when I don't even have to ask. Thanks Boss
