Gary Numan: Scanner remix

A remix of Gary Numan's "Scanner" by Tim Eilers. Vocals of Gary Numan provided by the facebook remix competition on the official Numan page. Scanners appears on the album Jagged released in 2006. Images for the video were compiled and edited from the movie "Constantine" starring Keanu Reeves and Rachel Weisz. This remix is also an entry into the facebook competition.

I haven't been paying that much attention to Gary Numan's music recently, as I wasn't impressed with his 2004 releases. But this is quite good. And the remix too, nice work Tim!

Truth be told, I prefer your cover versions. I was waiting for the "Eilers moment" that all your covers seem to have but it never came. Hard song to work with though. Can't wait for AFE? to come out.

This remix grows on you, it took a few listens, but I really like it.
And the video is very well done (as usual), it even makes me wonder if I should watch the original again (even though I *know* it was the worst comic adaption I have ever seen. (I just watched Kung-Fu Hustle on the strength of your white boys & wreckage video.)
