And Aura who also hated coyotes because she used to be a companion wolf and the dad wolf and the mom wolf (I DoNt kNoW tHeIr NaMeS) Pups died to a pack of coyotes..! very sad story ;v;
I think you should train your pups to be skilled at hunting. Dawn should train to bite bear butts so she doesn't get killed by the bear, I love Onyx he reminds me a little bit of Soul because Onyx gets a little confused with hunts. I love this series of wolfquest so I will be commenting on every wolfquest episode from now on.
So I'm torn between running straight to the forest, and training the pups.
Training does mean more time with pups, but Fawn's life is more in jeopardy due to that 10% death chance as more days pass. But I do want to see the pups personality's grow. (Although I already see them evolving) Also taking the pups with you to Aspen Heights sounds like a much safer way to cure Fawn. I'm on board with curing Fawn now!!
In fact there's not THAT much to loose... We could loose Fawn due to the 10% chance a day but we could also (SAFELY) cure her without risking the chance of starvation with the pups being left alone at the den if they come with you.
Now for running straight to the forest: Well one, we're not risking everyone's lives chasing after Fawn's cure. There is less time which means a lower chance she will randomly die. It also means less predators to try and kill the other pups. (Because if it was longer and more drawn out obviously there would be more bad-guys) Now for the cons... Well we don't get too much personality development. We have to carry Fawn all the way there. Aaand without her cure she could die half-way through. (As with training)
...I choose Training. (With saving Fawn)
You have to howl all the way to get the pack affinity... I think.
I played wolf quest in the early days when it was one of the most glitchy games ever,
it was free back then.

Fawn can still die on the journey if not cured. Going STRAIGHT there means no flower bulbs for a cure.
But yeah, there's less of a chance she'll die as apposed to training. (since training takes a long time so more chances) The other pups will have more of a chance to survive too. (Because, less time it takes to get there = less predators and chances for them to die)
But in training Seri will slowly move the pups with her to Aspen Heights (So they're not left alone to starve as alot of people were worried about) and then eventually cure Fawn! Plus we get to see personality's emerge more and we get more story-line and plot!!
I think seri should do training that way we can see more story's from the pups and fawn has a better chance of living so does the other pups because seri will bring them so they don't starve then get the bulb for fawn (I so want fawn as the heir wolf like if you agree)

Chris_Motionless Is_Bae Same here. I got bullied because I watched her though, so I lied and said I hated her and only watched Seri for my brother.
Possibly saving one pup vs keeping three alive, it is absolutely irrational to save a single pup over three. Animals in the wild always would save the three healthy offspring, as that's a much higher chance that genetics will be passed down. You see it in cats often, they will kill or remove their sickling offspring so it doesn't slow her and the healthy ones. People always think it's cute/sad when a mother cat buried her dead kitten(s) but it's a survival technic so predators higher in the food chain won't be able to sniff out that a cat with kittens is in the area. (that's at least what I've been taught)

Fawn was lying down in the sunshine, her nose was stuffy but she was relaxing. She rolled over onto her back and the sun warmed her small belly. Fawn was having a nice relaxing time, her ear twitched as she started to hear her siblings talking about a so-called coyote invasion. Her heart sank and a chill went down her spine as she thought about a big pack of coyotes attacking the den, she quickly erased the thought and drowned out the sound of her siblings talking. She went back to relaxing and dreamed of the day she would be healed.
Rudolph the red noised bull elk had a very shiney noise and if u ever saw it u would ever say it glows like a light bob
I think training while going to Aspen heights is the way to go, more story opportunities and a chance to save fawn! Keep it up Seri, I'm enjoying your wolf quest adventures

Seri! The Wolf that was really good at taking out coyotes was Moondancer! She was the only pup in her litter that survived the others were killed by coyotes.!

Siri, I have watched your series since the two brothers journey and a little before that. I think you should head straight to the hunting grounds and the aspen place on the way. If you leave the all the pups to try to save one, you might get them killed.
I have some tips for pups to survive.
1) hunt in winter before ur pups. (must hunt 20 elk)
2) watch your pee level (Territory marker)
3) hunt the elk next too the den. it cant be too far
4) when you hunt next too the den you dont have too go far away too kill and eat.
5) make sure you hunt near the river aswell before you go too the rendezvous site.
thats all.
Seri, maybe the poll could help the puppies develop their personalities. Boulder seems really bold, being in the way of bears and all. Quartz is really independent, wandering away from the den whenever he'd like too. Fawn, like a newborn-deer, but still trying to stand up, never giving up.
i love Faun and i think you should train them so that she could hunt but it could use her energy but if you have to,leave her behind (im still watching the video)i wanted to add another comment to save Fawn (sorry if i misspelled it before

you should travel to aspen hights with your pups and give Fawn 1 of the flower bulbs and then take the pups to the summer hunting grounds so that Fawn has a grader chance of surviving the trip
i feel like one of the stranger wolfs could be dawn's mom . then her mom is like dawn is that you. and dawn remembers her mom and dad
I feel as Dawn would be more protective of Fawn because Fawn would remind her of herself as a pup.

Sad story: My dog Mommas was pregnant with her second litter of puppies (when we adopted her she lived in an abandoned house with her first litter of puppies). One day she had to go outside so we let her out. A few minutes later, she started to give birth! Some neighborhood kids were in my yard and they started messing with her! My stepmom kept telling them to go away but they wouldn't! So she moved her inside and put her in the bathtub (the bathtub was really big) with a blanket. She had four puppies, but she died after having them. Her puppies did survive though! But they lost their mother too soon, and no matter what we or the vet did they all died. I miss Mommas so much!
You should train them and one of there challenge's should be saving there little sister fawn
And I bet that's a lesson of trust and loyalty every day
Seri, I'm pretty sure that the wolf you're thinking of is Moondancer. All of her siblings died because of coyotes. She was the daughter of Nightlight and Pandora. She was my favorite out of all the wolves and I really don't want the pups to starve! What if we have a repeat of Rain's grief...... Remember Rain? Also I'm so so so happy that you are still going to continue on with wolf quest I actually found your channel due to wolf quest. I've been here since about a month after you first started posting wolf quest vids. I love wolves! I am also a huge fan of your warrior cat vids. You're amazing Seri keep being you!

I was role playing yesterday with a few friends, Bear, Grey and her 12 pups and Meadow with her new-born 4 pups. I was named Dakote. I hated coyotes and anytime one spawned no matter if Dakote was in a conversation he killed the coyote without a word. This is because humans released coyotes on Shimo (his sister) when she was young, Dakote held back a majority but a few slipped past him, mauling his helpless little weak sister. He turned insane so anytime he finds coyotes he instantly has an instinct that jolts in him and he murders them on sight. •RANDOM FACT• In the role play that we did yesterday about all that, we were making jokes and said a coyote pack attacked us blah blah. Maybe 30 minutes later or so AN ACTUALLY COYOTE PACK APPEARED BEFORE US! Me and Grey, and her pup Splash saw it and we gasped, we were making jokes about it and here it was, like 7 or 10 coyotes generated infront of us! In a pack!! Together!! I killed a few and so did Grey. From this day on I will never forgot that pack. And Dakote won't either cause he got some revenge. He is planning on getting revenge on the humans.

Seri! Pixel Bioligist! If you run threw the part of the water that has like that brown bit on the map then that would be a really shallow spot to bring your pups. The part where it's a shorter width across.
I understand that getting the herb from aspen heights would give you a challenge but is really all the worth it? You risk the lives of all the pups to starving to death. And caring fawn wouldn't be so bad? My vote is do the more realistic term by letting Fawn live the life sick. Although I absolutely love the idea of "training you pups" because once you reach to the hunting grounds, doesn't mean that they'll survive to adulthood. And training the pups will give a realistic term to the whole thing.
I wonder if Dawn is having trouble reconnecting with her ancestors because she is a descendant of Lunala... I mean, I think it was Lunala who left the forest that the ancestors roamed with her one remaining pup? Generations away from the ancestral grounds could cause a disconnect!

I'm getting a little tired of making stories in Boulder's POV, so let's do an Onyx POV.
Onyx was watching over the pups, while his mate, Dawn was catching a few meals for the pups. He yawned a bit, and sighed. Watching the pups was fun and all, but he was getting exhausted, especially looking after Boulder.
He nodded at him, watching his every move. He loved him dearly, despite him being an extremely naughty pup. Onyx saw the pup trying to climb the top of the den, which made Onyx chuckle. He smiled at Boulder while he squeaked, "Take me to the top of the den!" Onyx shook his head in response. "The den can't take your weight anymore. You're too big."
Then, Dawn licked him in the ear, making the male blush a bit. She whispered, "We need to talk." Onyx nodded, trying to calm himself from the lick. He announced to the pups, "Go to the den now." Fawn went in first, struggling to go in due to her size. She was still a small one, but she was getting bigger. Moose pushed her in with his nose then went in after. Quartz watched her troublesome brother go in and went after him.
Fawn then asked, "Should we take the pups to the summer grounds now? Or get the plant? Or keep them for a few more days?" Her firm voice was taken over by the worries. Boulder wasn't sure what to do.

Okay about the question with the wolf that was a coyote exterminator, well I don't remember the name. I remember that all of her siblings were killed by coyotes. Maybe one of them by a hawk.... I don't know. I think the name of that wolf was misty? Not sure. But I hope this comment helps!
