    (此食谱份量:3 - 4人)
    ✿材料
    • 虾仁 100 克
    • 黄瓜 600克
    • 蒜米 半粒
    • 盐 半茶匙
    • 生抽 适量
    ✿开锅前准备工作
    - 将黄瓜洗净,切除前后两端,去除皮和种子之后切成片 备用
    - 将蒜米切碎 备用
    - 将虾仁洗净,去壳以及处理干净之后 抹上点盐 备用
    - 1壶热水 备用
    ✿步骤
    1. 首先,倒入适量油热锅
    2. 加入蒜米爆香
    3. 加入虾仁翻炒至熟后捞起
    4. 加入切片的黄瓜和盐翻炒至软
    5. 倒入适量热水,以焖煮的方式持续翻炒
    6. 加入少许的生抽翻炒
    7. 将先前捞出的虾仁加入一起翻炒均匀后起锅
    完成品

    [Mum’s Recipe] Fried Cucumber with shrimp
    (Suitable for 3 - 4 people)
    ✿Ingredients
    • 100g of shrimp
    • 600g of cucumber
    • ½ garlic
    • ½ teaspoon of salt
    • Suitable amount of light soy sauce
    ✿Pre-preparation
    - Wash and clean cucumber, cut off both ends, remove seeds and cut into pieces
    - Mince garlic
    - Wash shrimp, remove shell and add a bit of salt after cleaning it
    - Boil a kettle of hot water
    ✿Steps
    1. Firstly, put some oil into the wok and heat it up
    2. Add the garlic and stir fry
    3. Add the shrimp, stir fry until it is cooked and remove it from the wok
    4. Add the smaller pieces of cucumber and salt, cook until it is soft
    5. Pour in suitable amount of boiled water, cook, and stir fry accordingly
    6. Add the light soy sauce and stir fry
    7. Add in the shrimp which cooked earlier and stir fry accordingly
