Mam, kya Hum ismein Citrus fruits ke waste ko bhi add kar sakte hai kya?
Haan. Aap citrus fruit peela add kar sakhte ho. Zyada math dalna as they are acidic in nature. I don't add at all as I use it to make liquid fertilizer.

16 inch pot tha with the capacity of say 4 kgs. So the end result was nearly 3 kgs.

Toh aap kitchen compost ya Sadi gobar ki khad ya leaf mould bhi use kar sakhte ho. Agar aap ke pass ye kooch bhi nai hai, toh no problem. Just normal garden soil add kar sakhte ho. Compost banne mein 1st time thoda zyada time lagega, but banega zaroor

Wonderful video Hilda. I also made more or less in a similar way but didn't use crushed egg shell. It is more than two months now, the compost is pretty wet but there are no particles and no smell either. I think i have done some mistake in the ratio of brown and green matter. Should I remove the lid now and keep it open ? Please suggest.

Do add eggshell powder next time if you can. Will make great powerful compost.
If your compost is wet, it means you have more green matter. So you can add dry leaves. That will soak all the excess water in there.
Did you watch my video where I made composting in a 2 ltr bottle? There i had this same issue. So I added dry leaves and it had the perfect balance of water required as the dry leaves soaked all the excess water in it.
Do add dry leaves which are not infected, crush them, add to your bin and just keep a cardboard piece on top. Check in 2 days gap. If there is still water, add more dry leaves. I am sure you will get result. And for some time keep the container where there is partial sunlight with the lid covered or else it will attract flies thereby maggots.
