JD 4440 made 164K Pcs. between 1978 to 1982. I had one 4440 back in 80' and all the way to 98. 140 HP in it, but replaced by a JD 7810. Regret not having this1 any more!! Also had JD 4240 & 4040 which is still on the farm for all purpose use. Also had IH M, IH BMD, IH 966, IH Hydro 100, Cotton Pickers models 622 & 782 and many more. (BarakBees)
I truly wish my local auction had as much good stuff as your! Ours this year didn't have much, most of it was trashed, and it ended up having to be an online only auction because of the virus. Thanks for sharing bud!!
This particular auction is only once a year. Stuff tends to go a little bit higher because they have on site bidding and online bidding but this year was postponed until April 18th.
With the whole carburetor virus thing we have going on here in Ohio they have canceled all off the farm equipment sales. They’re already talking about canceling a lot of the county fairs too
Thanks for showing us all the farm equipment to bid on! I think I might bid on the online auction for either the green John Deere 🚜 or the red International tractor!
I only been to a handful of auctions and I bought a White air planter for $100 . I enjoyed your live stream the other day learning more about your farm .
You probably dont care but if you guys are bored like me during the covid times then you can stream all the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. I've been binge watching with my brother for the last couple of days :)
Love looking at the used equipment. Thanks so much for the view. Look forward to hearing prices, if possible. This virus is changing a lot of plans people made.
👍👍 20:00 Why would you be working in the mud? We only have clamp ons. But I could use m for a day and throw them off again. That isn't much fun with hubs. Builds a lot of 💪💪
As far as auctions go the stuff seems half decent. It will be interesting to see how auction prices are going to be with our current situation. Who knows might be the time to buy?
Hey Farm. Did you get the impression that those first units you showed us were bank repos? They were simply too nice and used too little to be found at a public auction Among the tractors that 886 was the only one that didn't seem too beat up and too suspect to bid on That 510 International drill is going to bring full value Would like to see what it brings. Good piece of video. Thank you
I’m planning to look in the morning because I honestly just looked to make sure all the scrapers are there. The manual says something about self adjusting scrapers so I will get back to you on this. I hope to use it this weekend.
A good friend of mine who was a farmer passed away and his farm action was going to be this weekend but it was canceled because of the Coronavirus.just wondering haw many acres do you farm?
From my experience in The shop the TA style used in a 886 simply switches power between the two sets of constant mesh gears, Low and high. The TA is essentially a hydraulic clutch engaging and disengaging between high gear and low gear. Nothing more is being worn out in low than in high. Only thing that wears those TAs out is excessive shifting under load witch slips the clutch discs.
Thanks for the tour! I wonder how the current situation will affect auction prices? I heard Josh invited you down to visit- do you want to carpool????? LOL
*Stuff bought big money there last year wasn’t a good auction to be a buyer. I’d like to take my new planter up there prob could double my my money. Well maybe before the virus* #WorldsOkayestFarmer
Scoring another LIKE on your video! Watching and Supporting!
It's a 480 disk, the IH 490's had all hydraulic lift wings.
Love these auction videos! Thanks for bringing us along!
Our neighbors had an 886 like this one with the 4 post ROPS but it was a newer Tri Stripe with the 358 German Diesel..
Had one of those 210 john deere disk it was a 12 footer I believe pulled great
Left the ground really smooth
Interesting
Those are good finishing discs! That 220 is an offset. It's better for digging deep, but it doesn't leave it too smooth.

We have a kabota RTV it’s like a small truck and we use it for every on our farm
It will be interesting to see what that goes for
John Deere 4440 were built from 78 to 82.
Popular tractor around here
With the whole carburetor virus thing we have going on here in Ohio they have canceled all off the farm equipment sales. They’re already talking about canceling a lot of the county fairs too
Our fairs don't start until August. I hope its subsides by then
I too like old equipment, especially when well maintained. Enjoyed viewing this assortment. 👍
Thanks for showing us all the farm equipment to bid on! I think I might bid on the online auction for either the green John Deere 🚜 or the red International tractor!
What state are you in?
I only been to a handful of auctions and I bought a White air planter for $100 . I enjoyed your live stream the other day learning more about your farm .
Yeah you brought me luck
BTW Thanks for keeping these videos going while the world goes through these uncertain times..

@Otis Edward Yup, been watching on instaflixxer for years myself =)
Nice equipment. Hope they do well online, considering the current situation.
I used to work at Brillion many years ago. Still proud of my and my coworkers implements. Could I tell you stories !!
They still go for top dollar because there were built great
I like the please subscribe color! Love the Auction uploads I cant wait. I think a ton of stuff is going to be online. I like that 450 grain bin.
I used to drive around a 1066 and 886 that looked just like that. Great tractors.
Love looking at the used equipment. Thanks so much for the view. Look forward to hearing prices, if possible. This virus is changing a lot of plans people made.
Rumor has it they have postponed this auction until may
Pipe scraper tubes like to turn and scrapers wouldn't scrap right, newer style had square tube.
Man! Those are some nice pieces of equipment. Makes me wish I had a few more acres to work.
Rob
Love a walk round an auction site👍 we used the international 510 over here in the 70s good drill 💪💪
I still use my 510. Videos coming up soon.

Spreading cow shit was often muddy
@@FarmallFanatic Still is sometimes 😂😂
All kinds of good stuff there lol you should be taking that 886 or the 3088 home and get you some diesel power
Based on the fact that governor just shut down all non essential businesses in Pennsylvania, I'm thinking all of the bidding will be online.
@@FarmallFanatic I kinda figured that online is pretty nice I have used it many times
That JD Haybine looks just like it rolled off of the JD Factory!!
Lots of iron. Interesting seeing the narrow 4020. I have a 6 row 7000 that I still use 👍
Great tour
Thanks...good seein ya
Thanx for taking us along , brother. Stay safe and healthy 😎🤗GOD bless yuz
As far as auctions go the stuff seems half decent. It will be interesting to see how auction prices are going to be with our current situation. Who knows might be the time to buy?
Online typically means high prices but we will see

Definitely possible
Nice planters!
No doubt
That’s a ton of stuff! Seems like nicer stuff than some auctions!
Lots of great choices out there. :)
Quick question on the older farming equipment how would they attach them back in the day? Maybe do a video of far the hitch has come
Just backup to the hitch put a pin threw it
That 4440 with the FWA is an aftermarket unit added to it.
Interesting
I just bought a John Deere 110 disc. Looks exactly like that 210 just has single tires not duels
My 110 is 14’ wide
Yeah this 210 was 12' at most. Does the 110 have the Springs?
I’m planning to look in the morning because I honestly just looked to make sure all the scrapers are there. The manual says something about self adjusting scrapers so I will get back to you on this. I hope to use it this weekend.
Well you peeked my curiosity. Guess I will sneak out and check the stuff out tomorrow.
They were hauling a few things in as I was leaving
I'm surprised your governor is letting them have the auction in person and not just online. It's the new norm here in good old ny.
My son is bummed . He loves there greezy foodcat that sale.
Awesome video. #7
im in central wisconsin and they are cancelling auctions around here
Someone told me this one was postponed until may
Enjoyed full tour. Auction brings folks in from all over. This virus thing may slow things s bit. Are you considering adding to your equipment?
Always lol
The 4440 with the FWA is uncommon. You would look good driving the 886!
Got my heart set on a 10
I was expecting snow on the ground there lol 🙂👍🏻
🐺🐾
We had a really easy Winter
@@FarmallFanatic
Same here.
I just loved that red tractor I would like to drive one of those👍😎😻💕
lol Farmall they canceled our sales over here buddy good to see what the markets like on the other side tho
A good friend of mine who was a farmer passed away and his farm action was going to be this weekend but it was canceled because of the Coronavirus.just wondering haw many acres do you farm?
How many acres I farm depends on the market. I would never do more than about 500 though.
The 4440 made like 130 PTO hp and were made 78 to 83 if I remember right.
A local farmer in out area had a 3088 just like that one...
Wish my 986 looked that good. Paint don't get the work done though, it just makes the neighbors jealous.
Very true
@@FarmallFanatic I'm hearing now the sale has been postponed until May 16.
@@Mad_Farmer912 where did u hear that
@@FarmallFanatic my wife said it was on Facebook. (Which I don't use) still says Saturday in their website.
Lots of green for sale. Hopefully it will still happen with all that's going on so you can get the video. 👍🍻💥💯
Been looking for a late 40's Farmall MD. Do you ever see any at. These eastern auctions. Gosh they made a lot but I never see any here out west.
Ive seen one in 2 years. I would love one.
The 4020 is a pre 69 non console..
I would like to get a gravity wagon or 2 plus 2 hay wagons
always a great idea eye up whats at an auction beforehand forearmed with info some of the gear looks in good condition
*left our like👍Au 👍🌟full view🌟*
Yep.. Might as well get there and at least get an idea what is there while you can..
What about having the TA in the low side bothers you?
It wears it out
From my experience in The shop the TA style used in a 886 simply switches power between the two sets of constant mesh gears, Low and high. The TA is essentially a hydraulic clutch engaging and disengaging between high gear and low gear. Nothing more is being worn out in low than in high. To me it's still a good habit to be in because a lot of people that have the 86 series also have the 56, 66 and so on series.
Wouldn't mind that John Deere E. Perfect for me...
No shortage of iron for sale there !
Oh forgot to mention on the other disk
You said might be a deere or a ford
It was a john deere WA had a 10’ like it
We have a case 2470 TractionKing with 20.8-34's a really weird tire
Haha that is weird
@@FarmallFanatic yeah we also have a 12 foot krause disc and it is awesome because of the manual cutting depth adjustment
I believe the White is a 2-55?
wouldnt that be 220 hrs not 2,200hrs since the first 0 is in the thousands place? and the 9 is the tenth place thats why its a different color?
Hahaha i didn't have my glasses on to be honest
Either way, I'm not believing it
@@FarmallFanatic I thought I was going crazy lol. But I'm not either it probably roll back over.
First time watching. Heard wes talking about anyone subscribed to oneloney is my tops with me even if you farmall man. I subscribed
Thank you ✌
It's that time again. Will they still have an auction with everything going on?
Online bidding
That is a good idea 😎😎
Thanks for the tour! I wonder how the current situation will affect auction prices? I heard Josh invited you down to visit- do you want to carpool????? LOL
Yea lets go...ill tease him n say dumb stuff n you work on the A lol
How is a no till different?
Got the no-till coulters that open the ground for the seed
All the disc's are plain ,, most of the disc's here in AU are all scalloped ,,
what you getting?
Are they going to have that Auction there or just online.
Thanks for sharing 👍
Governor just shut down all non life supporting businesses as of 8 p.m. tonight. Im betting online

Video good. closed captioning needs work send them a written script so they know what a 'planner' is. as well as a few other things. solid a-!
Haha
Ive noticed that too
Some of these implements would give your H,M and 756 a nice workout..
The only thing I would hook to the H is that grain drill
4440 was made from 78-82
👍
