Key West 1500 Sportsman Center Console

Key West 1500 Sportsman Center Console boat with a 2005 Mercury 50hp 3 cylinder two stroke outboard motor. This boat is in excellent condition and all the maintenance has been
performed timely to keep it on the water reliably. It has 4 built in rod holders, 3 additional PVC rod holders, an insulated cooler or storage under the drivers seat, one livewell/baitwell,
3 other storage compartments, an aluminum 3 step transom boarding ladder, a thick rubber keel guard, and a removable fishing seat with swivel pedastal for the front casting deck, a new bimini top and a new full length boat cover that ties down to the trailer.
It has a lot of newer parts, there is a new 2022 model Minn Kota Powerdrive 45lb trolling motor with both a wireless remote and a
plug in foot pedal. It can operate with the remote only meaning you don't even need to have the foot pedal on the deck to troll. There is also a 2022 Hummingbird Helix 5 color fishfinder
with GPS and inland contour charts of 10,000 U.S. lakes mounted at the helm. The Mercury outboard runs perfect, it starts easily, idles quietly, shifts gears smooth, and accelerates strong.
The engine maintenance is all up to date, the water pump impeller was changed in 2021 along with the carburators cleaned and new plugs and wires. The gear oil in the lower
unit is changed every fall and the oil injection has been removed for the most relaible operation. The trailer is also newer it is a 2008 Ameritrail aluminum I beam adjustible bunk trailer.
It tows smooth on the highway and the lights work correctly, the wheel bearings have always been kept greased, it has a Fulton fold away tongue to shorten its length for garage storage,
has good tires, transom tie downs, aluminum and PVC guide-on posts, and safety chains. I have caught catfish, crappie and bass from this boat and I have also used it for pleasure cruising.

Out of all the 15" Key West boats, that top side is probably the best design. Both cooler helm seat and seat before the console. Later you only had one or the other.
