Bro assalamualaikum, actually the people like me need the beginners tutorials for calisthenics. I searched in Google and UA-cam but not getting how to start perfectly. We need weekly routines. Which routines we want follow push pull legs, upper and lower body or full body workouts. So can you please include these things and you u can start a series of videos. What to do Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday and all other days . What are the exercises we need to follow for calisthenics in each day and how many rest day needed in one week. Otherwise you can start a online section with fees. Hope you can understand because am not that much good in English. Thank you 😇
