@@ProSpeedBaseball I watched that video and that was not good hitting. You only hit 1 maybe 2 line drives all the others got pulled went straight up or flared off foul to right field.

This approach causes the hands to trigger with the hips which is too soon and cause a loss in power... The sequence should be hips, arms, and wrists. It's the only way to obtain a pro level bat speed.KInda like how a 3 stage rocket works to obtain an extremely high rate of speed within a short timeframe..

It explains how if we are to swing a bat fast enough, the kinematic sequence has to take place in order to support that speed. Hope this helps out!
Show us you hitting off a pitching machine or someone throwing high velocity.... anyone can hit off a tee!!!!
Hey Dedric, thanks for the comment! I agree, anyone can hit off a tee, but not everyone can do it well... the better the swing the sharper the hitter is off the tee. @@dedriccorley1170 Well, that is amazing... they used a real person "throwing". I guess you mean "pitching". By now I would assume you went and looked at him batting in the cage against an "actual" person. But assuming anything is stupid, so maybe you haven't.
