    Thank you for sharing. Financial education is crucial today to show incredible resilience and discipline in the volatile market, masterfully balancing strategy and insight for success. This dedication to continuous learning is inspiring...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.1BTC to a decent 15B TC in the space of a few weeks... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape..

      The key to financial stability is having the right investment suggestions for a diverse portfolio. Many investment failures and losses happen when you invest without proper guidance.

    Micheal can you please consider doing a segment on first home buyers at the age of 45 years old & how the government can assist them with grants to finally have enough confidence to move out of home !

      Than’s what Michal and his gang want. More first home buyers not being able to afford mean more capital gain.

      Bricklaying in the housing construction sector requires a great deal of thought, planning and the ability to translate a written legally binding building document into physical reality according to spec..It is not by any means a thoughtless mindless job..

    This bloke thinking melbournes picking up. Down from 2 years ago, clearance rates under 60%, interest rates to stay at current levels or go higher. Remember melbourne boomed first, watch the other states follow its lead...

    How come Aussies can't just go down to Bunnings buy some materials..Head out to some unallocated land somewhere and start building? What's with the construction hold up? Going too slow!!!!

    • @MichaelYardney
      @MichaelYardney  3 місяці тому

      @emp731 there's no such thing as an allocated land, every bit of land is owned by somebody or some governments organisation

      Mate, you use Bunnings to buy your materials you may as well pay someone to build it. Their prices are huge. But if you want land you can buy it for peanuts in some places.
