Bricklaying in the housing construction sector requires a great deal of thought, planning and the ability to translate a written legally binding building document into physical reality according to spec..It is not by any means a thoughtless mindless job..
This bloke thinking melbournes picking up. Down from 2 years ago, clearance rates under 60%, interest rates to stay at current levels or go higher. Remember melbourne boomed first, watch the other states follow its lead...
Bahahaha there are many of us here in the channel that also constantly call Michael out on his LIES! Your complete correct in saying Melbourne is down and so is majority of Australia! MICHAEL IS A NARCISSISTIC LIER AND SO IS ANDREW
How come Aussies can't just go down to Bunnings buy some materials..Head out to some unallocated land somewhere and start building? What's with the construction hold up? Going too slow!!!!
Mate, you use Bunnings to buy your materials you may as well pay someone to build it. Their prices are huge. But if you want land you can buy it for peanuts in some places.
