I rate Cinema Paradiso in my Top Ten all time favorite movies. This movie gives you an emotional feeling all day and the main culprit behind that is Ennio Morricone, who with his magical tunes can break any heart or can i say Melt any hearts.. Genius! My fav MD all time!

What Ennio Morricone makes different from other composers is that really his music is the heart of the movie. You take his music away and the movie is good, but not unforgetable as Ennio makes it. As I said before is like he has God´s Grace that everything he touches becomes divine. This man is for me like saint.

There are precious few films where this is true, but this soundtrack and the film and its story are just plain perfect.
