The thing is for a party speaker, the instrument seperation is insane. No distortion either even at volumes that make you deaf temporarily.
The lights on the ultimate are great for a party but the lights on the 1000 are better suited for everyday use in my opinion. They have that calming effect of a fireplace 🔥😉

Man....was expecting like a new partybox 1100, this Ultimate came out of nowhere, love the 1000 but it kind of feels 4 years old now, this is alot of dough but seems hardcore, nice comparison Floss, keep em commin'. Peace.

It is very expensive to produce clean & accurate bass. Just look at how much good quality sub woofers cost.
These speakers don't distort or bottom out even at full volume and the bass stays clean and full, the volume doesn't roll off like cheaper bluetooth speakers...
And the mad RGB light effects, especially the floor ones...

Not just the bass is better on the Ultimate, but mids and highs sound more crisp. I'm surprised. I Thought they'd probably sound about the same.

15:51 Yeah, people fail to realise that decibel increases exponentially. So that “little” difference between the measured values is actually huge. For example if you compare 10dB to silence, that 10dB is 10 times louder than silence and 20dB is 100x louder.

I found your channel just yesterday for the ultimate review and man i have to admit they should take notes from you thats the way you represent a new product.I have the pb 710 and i think i m gonna upgrade to this waste money speaker cause even in my house my 710 i crank it between 30/40% lol after that point police comes for a drink.
This video was needed very much since no one was going to compare these two at max volume for a long period of time, so thank you for also comparing the Diamondboxx XL3 to the ultimate. I will never buy a DiamondBoxx because of the price to sound difference. 🤣 My JBL Authentics 300 should be here in a couple of hours but you ever plan on testing that lineup after you finish going through the tub of Vaseline for your pockets😆

I'm going to be honest, they both kick ass. But yes the ultimate is slightly louder and sounds a little better overall and definitely a little bit more powerful. But either one of these speakers is a win in my opinion a major win!!!!

You recommend me to get the Diamondboxx L3 & SUB8.2 combo over an XL3. I listened to you and did just that. And I thank you for that because this combo sounds amazing! So I'd like to see this combo get put against the Ultimate. They cost about the same too, both an L3 and SUB8.2 cost about $800-$900 each. So let's get a SUB8.2 paired with either the L3 or XL3 to see what you got to say about that.

What you can by for 1.4k$, absolutly nothing better than 2 x Pb 710, maybe someone hearing 710 in live, feel the sound or bass, can imagine how works 2 in stereo separation, of course, we here talk about brand new speaker, also we dont want cables, amplifeyers or others thing, we want mobile system..all want hi quality mobile sound system, no one want tons of cables and not moving sound system..
2 710’s would be better if you want more sound separation, but for just one speaker in the living room, I’d go for the Ultimate.

I have a 710 now and it's impressive, but im not completely satisfied yet. I was either gonna get a 2nd one, or sell the one I have and get an ultimate. Would love to get some insight on this.

Unfortunately not. The 1000 is on the old party connect system. The ultimate can pair with the 710, or 310

I hear the difference for those bass lovers. I been a JBL speaker fan since the later 70's and today. I have the JBL party box 200 and it puts nice bass for me so it doesn't cover the music higher ends. I love JBL because I wanna hear the truth. Question what strap would you prefer to hold the JBL 3 boombox. I have that too and nice large handle but for longer carrying I think a strap would be nice. Thanks for all your awesome contents.

Ive recently found out about the soundcore boost and ive seen people say that it has more bass than the soundcore 3 haven't seen anyone compare it to the soundcore motion plus

BB3 has the most bass. But I'd recommend you save up (and wait for it's on sale) for Diamondboxx SUB8.2 that can pair with nearly any speaker for the highs and mids. If you love bass and want it portable, that's the way you'll want to go.
You were right!!!! I have never heard a speaker like this. I have all of the partybox speakers. My 1000 is not even close. I am A semi retired d j. I have jbl pa speakers. They can't compete. I am going to have too start my own
