the smile cracked on Carter's face during seek up during segments, then you also see the reverse of sadness, but indeed, they did heal with that Seek Up opener, very powerful!
I was at both shows and Leroi passed the day before this show RIP. Everyone was shocked by his passing but the music never stopped and the show goes on. Leroi will always be remembered and loved and his beautiful sax playing enjoyed Forever!!!!
I was there. I’ll always remember how intense Seek Up felt, and the way Carter looked. You can’t tell here but you could see his eyes were puffy from crying.
Gosh this feels like it was a lifetime ago... I was 22 and just graduated college. Moved to California and at the time had only lived there like 6 months. Went with a small group of very new friends, but it made me feel like I was “home” while being 2,000 miles away. Crazy

Dave carried on in a similar fashion the first show without Tinsley after his departure, 2018 or 2019 can't remember, that was the first DMB show I ever went to...
I remember this night well and the emotions and feelings Dave conjures when he addressed the crowd after warehouse. Tough tough night no doubt. #MooreSax

Seek Up is the most incredible performance I have ever seen.
I was at this show, I’ll never forget it. I still think about it to this day. Raw emotion from the band.

You can tell but they cut away quick, they dont leave the camera on him in this edit long enough even though he was bringing it
I was there too - it was definitely more of a celebration of LeRoi’s life that night than the show the night before.
