God only lets them happen to help us learn from our own mistakes, so we can grow stronger through them. We don't know the bigger picture of God's plan for us, so even when we go through hard times, we can know that there is a bigger picture, even if we can't see it.

Grandma Betty(grandpa Merrill's second wife when he got remarried) Grandma Dorothy, my friend Keith that recently passed away due to a heart attack and the 2 babies I was pregnant with. That's from 1995 until 2022. I've lost so many loved ones that it hurts. No matter how much time has passed it still hurts like it just happened. The anniversary of my grandmother Dorothy's death is right around the corner on December 19th. She died in 95 due to a car accident. Just thinking about it is making me cry as I write this response.

Today I was listening to a ted talk while cleaning my house and I rarely post on here but I absolutely loved what was said. (Paraphrasing here) “The future is something that you can look forward to and not something to feel sad about. You want to get up in the morning and be excited for the future and we should fight for the things that make us excited about the future. The future cannot be about one miserable thing after another... Solving one sad problem after another… there’s got to be things that get you excited… like you want to live.” That brought up a great point. I see so many people get so wrapped up today’s evil and speculative evil of tomorrow full of “What ifs” to the point where it is fully consuming. I see people… even believers who do this but I would like to take a moment to remind you that we should be different than this world. We should be relentlessly positive and optimistic about life and the future. We are not alone and God takes GREAT care of us. We don’t have to be molded like clay and subject ourselves to the ways and habit patterns of the world. We are called out to live differently. We live in this world but we are not of this world. We are more that super conquers and we can live above the pressures and temptations in this life. Lets push ourselves to trust in God in more and more areas and to be super excited and positive about the future. We have a bright AF future ahead of us and as long as I have been alive I have never seen God not take care of his kids. Yes, I know... a bold statement but its true I have never seen God not come though for a trusting son. Come on guys lets get excited and lets move forward and go after God. When you rely on god you are guaranteed success.

I was desperately in search of a beautifully sang rendition of Amazing Grace. It had to be softly presented, but delivering the listener a feel, oh what a feeling of GOD'S AMAZING GRACE!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Hearing this tonight/or morning lifts my spirit, and adding to my faith, both are truly being tried in the fire. I am a, soon to be 57 year old African American/Native who is facing a pandemic woe. I will be entering the homeless world. I'm disabled (a term sometimes thrown around loosely), but I was told that I don't appear to be homeless, nor do I have a duel diagnosis, that requires me to be at a continuum with my medical appointments, as well as, what should have the beginning of therapy,(something that I've had many times before. Sorry for taking up such a large portion of space, but thankfully, after listening to Sister Rosemary (respectfully), I felt an instant feeling this being a safe platform. Prayerfully there is someone up late with me, to read this😏 and if not God is reading EVERY SINGLE WORLD, , and watching patiently to see if I'm ready for His blessing(s). Now back to my disabilities. I AM a United States Army Reserve Veteran, but I have yet to receive anything. I'd explain this to whomever decides to call me. In 2016 I woke up without the use/activity of my right leg....... Ambulance.........Xrays.......contact info.... Doctor delivers test results, engages me and my family while discussing the Xrays........MRI......more discussions of test results...........consultation with head surgeons, the entire surgical team..........left alone in excruciating pain, of, to ponder over/weigh my options, but NOT before asking God to be in the midst of what my surgeons lightly said, looks like someone had "FIT"😊 inside ofy lower back.........prepping for "IT"......... More family has arrived.......greetings, laughter, many prayers✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️..........5 hrs pass......7hours pass.......10 hours pass(at least that's what I was told😔😏)12 hours pass.......13... FOURTEEN!!!!!!GLORY BE TO GOD.... temporary disability.......2 rods......8 titanium screws, 4 cadaver bones(just a slight change in my personality 👽).........Right now, at this moment, ill be brutally honest, I AM SCARED TO DEATH!!!!!! HOMELESS....... ELDERLY,DISABLED,HEARING COMPROMISED, OH AND DID I SAY SCARED.......scoliosis, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperthyroidism,every lupus symptom given from my doctor......no diagnosis. We don’t have to be molded like clay and subject ourselves to the ways and habit patterns of the world. We are called out to live differently. We live in this world but we are not of this world. We are more that super conquers and we can live above the pressures and temptations in this life. Lets push ourselves to trust in God in more and more areas and to be super excited and positive about the future. We have a bright AF future ahead of us and as long as I have been alive I have never seen God not take care of his kids. Yes, I know... a bold statement but its true I have never seen God not come though for a trusting son. Come on guys lets get excited and lets move forward and go after God. When you rely on god you are guaranteed success.

I am a, soon to be 57 year old African American/Native who is facing a pandemic woe. I will be entering the homeless world. I'm disabled (a term sometimes thrown around loosely), but I was told that I don't appear to be homeless, nor do I have a duel diagnosis, that requires me to be at a continuum with my medical appointments, as well as, what should have the beginning of therapy,(something that I've had many times before. Sorry for taking up such a large portion of space, but thankfully, after listening to Sister Rosemary (respectfully), I felt an instant feeling this being a safe platform. Prayerfully there is someone up late with me, to read this😏 and if not God is reading EVERY SINGLE WORLD, , and watching patiently to see if I'm ready for His blessing(s).
Now back to my disabilities. I AM a United States Army Reserve Veteran, but I have yet to receive anything. I'd explain this to whomever decides to call me. In 2016 I woke up without the use/activity of my right leg....... Ambulance.........Xrays.......contact info.... Doctor delivers test results, engages me and my family while discussing the Xrays........MRI......more discussions of test results...........consultation with head surgeons, the entire surgical team..........left alone in excruciating pain, of, to ponder over/weigh my options, but NOT before asking God to be in the midst of what my surgeons lightly said, looks like someone had "FIT"😊 inside ofy lower back.........prepping for "IT"......... More family has arrived.......greetings, laughter, many prayers✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️..........5 hrs pass......7hours pass.......10 hours pass(at least that's what I was told😔😏)12 hours pass.......13... FOURTEEN!!!!!!GLORY BE TO GOD.... temporary disability.......2 rods......8 titanium screws, 4 cadaver bones(just a slight change in my personality 👽).........Right now, at this moment, ill be brutally honest, I AM SCARED TO DEATH!!!!!! HOMELESS....... ELDERLY,DISABLED,HEARING COMPROMISED, OH AND DID I SAY SCARED.......scoliosis, diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, hyperthyroidism,every lupus symptom given from my doctor......no diagnosis.
