Gonubie is a town in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. Gonubie offers a bit of everything for everyone.
We have a family beach house in Gonubie and our family loves to spend their summer vacations there. Join us as we show you around this special piece of paradise.
Gonubie Beach - is one of the best secrets of the Sunshine Coast. Access to this beach is a boardwalk. Along the boardwalk is a tidal pool and the most spectacular scenery, and for the bird lovers there's the Gonubie Bird Sanctuary, which is home to over 160 bird species, including the crowned crane which can often be seen walking along the roads in Gonubie.
Gonubie point - is a fantastic lookout spot for watching dolphins and whales as well as surfers and windsurfers.
Gonubie Lagoon - is popular with families, providing kids with many hours of fascinating exploration as they discover small fish, shells and other marine creatures.
The Black Rock beach - famous for its volcanic like rock formations.
Shelly’s coffee shop is a cute and friendly café that boast with wonderful views of the ocean where you can enjoy a fantastic lemon meringue and a cup of tea!
