@@Reonrei No. That's what the show Money Heist is called in Spanish. Although I'm confused as to why he'd respond that way. Unless it's also some sort of reference to the show.
If it's either your family or somebody else you're always gonna protect your family. I think most of us would act the same way as Santiago if it would come to it even though it's wrong and I feel sorry for what he had to live with and the people that suffered because of his and the Dark Army's actions.
I think when Dom stated that nothing would make her betray everything she stood for caused Santiago to finally break because he could no longer do all the things White Rose wanted him to do…the sad thing is he made Dom eat her words by being forced to betray the FBI because like Santiago her family was the most important thing in her life. They both were good cops forced to make an impossible choice.
The concrete probably clutched for him, Dom went full force falling onto a hard floor. Probably lucky she didn't end up with a concussion, although maybe she did.
I just finished season 3, now working on the final season (yeah, I waited WAY too long to watch this incredible series). I agree on that punch, although Santiago had a couple things working for him. One, he really didn't telegraph his move, that punch came out of nowhere. And two, Dom made the mistake of still thinking Santiago wasn't potentially dangerous, more like somebody who had to be put back into his place. She should have kept backing up instead of stopping. That might have forced Santiago's hand and made his intentions clear. It was a shocking scene though. Like Dom, I didn't see that coming.
Santiago was probably really capable, maybe even more than Dom. No wonder he got chosen by the Dark Army and also why he was the boss. He may have had some tricks up his sleeves, like that quick punch, which was hard to counter.
Thats the greatest thing about sams writing. If he hints at something massively important happening for these characters it will happen. Never disappointed me in 4 entire seasons.
They make it seem like youre going to sleep for at least an hour but in reality you are in so much pain that you can't process what is going on for the next 5 minutes or so. Your ears are ringing, your eyes are swimming and you're seeing stars. The only thing you can feel is the crushed nerve endings on the back of your head. Being sucker punched also adds the surprise of the attack and attacker. You are aware that you are being handled and tied and moved and you'll likely gain full situational awareness very quickly but there is enough time for an attacker to almost anything
I agree, but I think the whole point they're trying to make is what they reference a lot in the first season; you can kow about someone by reading their profile but that doesn't mean you know them. I think the whole show revolves around that premise because we know about Elliot and all the event which take place, but we a literally a fly on the wall. We aren't really involved in what happens. I desperately want another season, or even just an update style episode, but I know that if we were given answers to all the questions we have then the show wouldn't be the same. Anywho, just theories
