First combine I ever drove by myself. JD 7720 yellow top. I don't miss the EVERY, SINGLE, DAY maintenance...or the A/C that "kind of" work...even at its best. Oh, wait!!! The noise and heat from the engine right next to you.....that was cool!!!! One thing i do miss is, pushing that long, yellow handled lever. Hearing that belt squall, then pull the yellow know to engage the head. It wasn't all bad.....
Nice job!
Sweet machinery!

Sounds like you’ve got farming ptsd
Hearing damage while still in a cab. They were pretty brutal... especially if mice got to the cab liners.
Had a 7721 pull type with over 260 hp pulling it
It was impressive back then
Nice video Ethan! Maybe I'll get you over here the first of the week when we get back into the picking at rain shut us down all this week
Sure thing
Nice
Combine looks to be in beautiful condition. Huge field…where is this located?
Western PA, just north of Pittsburgh
7720 was the most popular combine jd ever built with many still in operation on small to medium size farms now.
