Mathematical model development for a digital twin
Which is best applcation for digital twins and used globally .....
I (non-inndustry professional) have read numerous articles on digital twin tech for a client I write for and this is by far the best piece of media I've seen on this tech. thanks for the great explanation!
We are so glad that this video was helpful! Thank you for the feedback.
I love how short and clear your explanation is! Thanks so much!
We are happy to hear that! Thank you for the feedback.
thank you soooo much, this must be the clearest explanation I've ever seen!
This is the best explanation video I watched, it should have a million likes or something. I would like to learn more about digital twins.
We happy to hear you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching!
This is so well crafted. Thank you so much.
Whoever wrote this has great writing and editing skills.
Best and easiest explanation I have found so far, now I get it!
Really good overview. Thank you
Thanks for a clear and concise explanation. Just what I needed!
Our pleasure, Adam. Pleased to hear it was helpful.
Thank you!!! Very short video and simple to understand
We're happy you think so! Thanks for the feedback.
Awesome, simplified explanation. Thank you
You're welcome, pleased to hear you enjoyed it.
awesome, finally can understand
Hi Patrick, are there any examples of digital twins used to study the impact of changes on social systems such as teams and departments before deploying such changes? Thank you.
thank you , it's very clear with yours examples. I'm just wondering, there should be sensors everywhere to build a DT of a city
Thank you so much for such nice explanation.
We are happy you found it helpful! Thanks for the comment.
thank you so much for this wonderful explanation. According to the definition of Digital twin, can we consider Simulation network tools as Digital twin?
Hello Patrick, Thanks for information
Question : Is it really necessary for a digital twin to be AI based ? where exactly that would apply in the structure of twin ?
Quick and nice introduction
Thanks!
Awesome stuff !
Thanks, Kyle!
Awesome if you like handing your body over to a demonic entity.
Building a digital twin for a construction robot, in particular, which tools and techniques can be used to come it true??
How to learn Digital Twins in detail? Is there any course available?
thank you very mush for this, though can you please let us now if a digital twin is a good idea to be used for people not just buildings or objects, for example for customers behavior and other predection or scenario that can a museum face?
Thanks for making this overview easy still well detailed. I am in EPC jobs and working on 3D CAD APIs , applications administration, etc. quite interested to go in detail study.
Thanks for the feedback!
What is the progress on digital twins with humans ?
1. At 1.19m, you’ve mentioned that “The digital twin (DT) then uses AI to simulate and demonstrate the effects that changes in design, process, time or conditions would have, without having to subject the real-world object to those same changes.”.
a. How effects are arrived at when DT is yet to have data on real-time scenarios which didn’t occur?
2. At 1:29m: how does DT know the impact of 120-degree impact on the jet engine unless this situation has occurred earlier in reality and its impact has been stored as a data point?
3. At 1:45m: impact of changing maintenance schedule for a factory. How will DT knows the impact unless the scenario has occurred earlier and its impact has been stored as a data point?
Hello, I am currently participating in a research chapter on digital twin. May I ask what knowledge base do you have when you want to study it? THANKS YOU
Thanks for the question, Nguyên. By its nature, the idea of a Digital Twin crosses multiple areas of expertise. Engineering, automation and control, and computer science are probably the primary research fields that would be beneficial to have some knowledge in when studying the process for creating and implementing digital twins. Data science and process optimization are key when evaluating the impact of digital twins.
What type of sensor is used for digital twin
Thanks for the question! The short answer is many different types. The longer answer will come from knowing what information you need to collect to inform your digital twin. Some common types of sensor data used to build digital twins include temperature, pressure, velocity, angle, distance, size and so many others. Data from any of these sensors might be used to build a digital twin, and then can be further used to implement updates to the model over time.
Hope that helps.
Hahaha
We gave a fancy name to simulations, which are around for decades
Sounds like the Matrix
