God I am the worst with the picking, it is so hard not to!
I am 32 years old, and have been using curology for over a year, it wasn't helping until the formula was changed to include Trentinoin. Now my face has improved, the problem is the rest of my body! Back, arms and chest even just covered! It sucks I can't use the formula on those places, I wouldn't be able to afford it if I did! I use the bodywash, though it hasn't helped. I wish I knew what would! My doc gave me antibiotics, sulfameth/trimeth 400 mg. Thing is even if that helps it will come back like last time I was given this medication. I am type 1 diabetic, and surely have hormone issues so there are so many things that could be contributing to it. I also had open heart surgery a couple years ago, and a bad endocarditis infection and almost died so that could be a factor as well. Thing is I NEVER, I repeat NEVER had not one pimple on my chest back or arms untill a year and a half ago! That's what I think is crazy. I also have granuloma annular but I don't know if that is connected. I'm seeing a dermatologist, but there really just isn't much they are doing besides prescribing a lot of things I could buy at the store, any tips would be wonderful.
