Loved this conversation. Special standout for me
    1. Discipline is prioritizing the needs of your future self over your present self. [My Favourite]
    2. Focus on Habits, Not Just Goals: Habits are the building blocks of success. They create the byproducts (goals) you desire.
    3. Choose micro habits that are easy to implement and don't require much effort.
    4. Social media and advertising use repetition, emotional triggers, and agitation to manipulate behavior, even affecting experts. [It is something I am still struggling with]
Thank you Chase, Steven and the team

This has been so helpful for my life personally. Thank you. What a fascinating discussion. Just yesterday I was seeing images on X of a young woman who was set on fire deliberately by someone on the subway & no one helped her, people just stared at her burning, including police & she died. It's a massive urgent wake up call to us all. Are we still human?

😢! No unfortunately, we have been so indoctrinated. We have been told and agreed to divide and conquer!
We are not each other’s enemies, in fact the truth is we are each other’s carer and supporters.
The song Think by Aretha is not just a love song, “ you need me, I need you and nothing else will do! “
But while we keep arguing amongst ourselves that we don’t stand together against the power and control and total immorality!!
The addiction to power and money is so strong, they are never going to give it up! 🥲

I had an accident at work once and people stared and I was burning from hot oil. So I made a decision to scream because it was too slippery for me to walk. Another person came running and rescued me because it was a natural way to respond.
Once I was frozen in fright and couldn't get my body to open a door knob for what felt like an eternity. And then I couldn't bring myself to knock loudly enough to rouse the apartment building superintendent for help in the night. I was unable to sort which rules to follow. Another lady said she couldn't remember her husband's phone number in a crisis. So she wrote it by the phone.
My children don't understand unusual commands given by others in unusual ways.
I have seen this with adults too.
Therefore please don't loose all hope for humanity.
Sometimes people short circuit, they are frozen.

Love your show. Yet another fascinating guest: Chase Hughes. Trying to get some of his quotes here: 1) Focus on comfort in conversations. Move slower than the other people in the room. Fear speeds our bodies up. 2) composure - make yourself small so they're more comfortable. Or make themselves big so others get away. Get out of the swing. Authority: confidence, discipline, leadership, gratitude and enjoyment.... Change world view, not your posture. Form a relationship with your future self. How would I teach it to a dog. Get dopamine from good sources instead of bad. If I can live off camera the same way that I want to be perceived by everyone in my life .... Blink rate - slow is focused, Almost zero is someone wanting to manipulate another person, fast is high stress.

At 106.55 Steven recognised , that this mind manipulating techniques are the most dangerous tools people are using.
Hitler studied Hypnosis and mental mind manipulation. As I listened to Chases Huge my german mind was immediately clicking
to his mind. His behaviour and self-control is in the german DNA. The German will come into a room , non blinking, self-confident and will win you over. Trump is a German and has this technique in his DNA. I am a German and I bet that Chase grand grandparents came from Germany. We Germans need to relax more, and feel less confident and be more spontaneous , enjoying life as it is . I like Chase , but I will never choose him to be in my inner circle of friends.
I immediately would trust Steven, because he is not using the controlling methods. Steven would be the friend to enjoy a beer with and Chase could be the Councillor to teach us manipulation techniques.
The important facts that we are learning from Chase is , that we are able to recognise the political manipulation techniques and and to be alert and aware that we don't accept their mind techniques to keep us small and helpless.
Thank you for this good conversation 👍👏👏👏

What a great source of information, wisdom and insight. I’m never not amazed at just how many people like Chase, come from a strong military background. The American military “system” has turned out an extraordinary number of really bright, insightful ‘agents’ of both fortune and change. My 27 year old son is a USCG rescue swimmer, and the mental and physical training they put him through was extraordinary, and incredibly difficult. However, well worth it. TBH - the transformation & impact is not insignificant. As always, steven, thank you for putting out such meaningful, worthwhile content. It’s much appreciated, and I’m looking forward to enjoying even more in 2025!
