Aluminum Die Cast Torque Converter Thrust Washer project for Automotive Powertrain customer

Trimming process of aluminum die castings. These aluminum thrust washers are used in torque converters of automatic transmissions for an Automotive OEM in the United States.
Once the die cast part is formed, the excess aluminum material is trimmed from the finished part. The waste material is collected and recycled.
