Reminds me off Burj Khalifa straight up, especially architecture-vise.
The burj khalifa was supposed to be there but in 2008 after 9/11 the organization did not want the tallest building in the world on there name so they sold the design and made a smaller version so what your saying is correct haha

It’s a beautiful building. When I lived at Madison and Michigan Ave. I would walk there in the evening. I hope they never remove the name but if they do it is what it is. BTW I vote the party not the person. And like Biden and Harris are better?

When these modern high-rises get too overboard on the "open concept", you end up with those big hideous POLES like the one at 1:26, which destroys the look of the entire room.

That is one of the best kitchens I've ever seen in luxury apartment homes in Chicago...two others come to mind, a custom Craftsman job in a loft in the south Loop and another actually in Hinsdale. Oh and I like Trump so I wouldn't mind living there 😁 Even though he DID ruin the clean elegant aesthetic by putting the big dumb white letters on the front.

Its inclusion in the Chicago skyline is amazing . The positioning on the Chicago River is incredible. However, the name emblazoned on the builder and the association to the person is a problem and will continue to be. Try all you like to attempt a disconnection however, that is impossible and to ask potential buyers to do so is equally disconcerting.
Graft contemplates personal advantage or gain in a dishonest transaction in relation to public duties. The irony is amazing.
With your logic we should give up America and every other place in the world. I live in the present and think in the future. Not the past. People own these. Not trump. Trump doesn’t benefit from the sale. After his death this building will still stand. The owners need someone who leaves politics at the door and represents their best interests with professionalism instead of virtue signaling or condemning based on politics. Trump tower will always have a special place in my heart. The staff is top tier and the community in the building is amazing.
No video will fully capture grandeur and energy of the building. They say life imitates art more than art imitates life and I cannot see how this building would fail to make even the most parochial thinker, think big. I prefer the name on the tower. It's a reminder of the power of the individual that rests inside each of us, a reminder to think big, be bold, and stand tall in spite of the odds or what the crowd thinks.
It's interesting how virtually all of the people who are allergic to Trump have never met the man but have only been told how to think about him. If you talk with people in this building who've worked with him, you will find they have nothing but good things to say about him and his family. Great video!

It has no character. It’s big and the view is great but it’s a box. It’s bland and meh. You must be the leasing agent.
Character is subjectively executed through art, wall coverings, furniture and the like. It starts with location, floor plan, and a quality build. You write off view and size as if it’s not 50% of the equation. Character is executed by the person occupying the space, not imposed by the developer. Your comment is equivalent to judging a blank canvas before the painter begins.

Trump did not design or build/construct 401 N. Wabash. The hotel on the lower floors bears his hotel name. I will consider living in this building AFTER his name is removed from the exterior and all legal documents. Until then, I refer to 401 N. Wabash as The Wabash Tower.
