Kunal and Renuka's marital bliss is shattered when a group of people film and upload a video of them being intimate on an adult website. Kunal fights to take them and their illegal racket down.
In Zurich, Kunal comes across Ali (Emraan Hashmi), a modern-day punk, who runs an adults only shop. In his shop, Kunal sees a magazine featuring a pornstar he had seen on the same website where his and Renuka's video was featured. He uses Ali's help to track down the girl.
Kunal and Ali lure Johnny and his goons into a trap and start a furious fight. Ali is fatally stabbed by Johnny, but is able to seize the same blade and kill Johnny and his men. Before dying, Ali reveals that Simi Roy is the main mastermind behind the pornography website and also runs the red light district in Zurich.

True Friendship of Kunal and Ali. Ali was a true friend to Kunal. He stood by him through thick and thin and helped him in his troubles. He was there for Kunal throughout. Their friendship was genuine and heart touching.
You don't get friends like Ali nowadays, unfortunately. Ali was always available for Kunal and took care of him. They always kept each other updated and made sure they're both okay. Kunal and Ali always had each other's backs.
I actually started crying after I saw Ali die. I missed him in the climax. I felt his absence at the end of the climax. Ali shouldn't have died. He should have been able to witness Kunal become a free man and hug him to wish him all the best for his remaining life and send him off.
Or, the ending should have been, Kunal thanked Ali for his help, then Kunal marrying Annie with Ali there at the wedding. After that, Ali, Kunal, and Annie head to the airport. The 3 of them go back to India together and live as family forever.
That's why they named them Ali in this movie ...
