Very delicious . One thing u must remember that Ayurveda says where ever you use musturd oil ,you must not mix any dairy product like paneer or milk. Better replace mustard oil with desi ghee or soya butter. Mustard oil with milk makes a very harmful combination, particularly for lever functions.
