چکن لیگ پیس: 6 سے 10 عدد
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ: ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ
دودھ: ڈیڑھ کپ
لال مرچ پاؤڈر: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر: ایک چائے کا چمچ
نمک: ایک چائے کا چمچ
سویا سوس: 3 کھانے کے چمچ
چلی سوس: تین کھانے کے چمچ
سرکہ: آدھا کپ
"کوٹنگ کےلئے"
میدہ: ساڑھے تین کپ
