True story: once I arrived at the vet and there was a man (somewhere around 50/60 years of age) holding his own shoulder together (quite literally, he was keeping it from "dropping" since it was completly dislocated) while talking to the doctor that was trying to convince him to go to the ospital. He also had bruises on his arms and one or two nasty cuts on his head, and dirt all over his clothes and body, but he wouldnt leave, they had to call an ambulance for him. Basically while the man was on a walk with his (truly beloved) dog, a landslide hit both of them. The man had a few seconds before being hit and realising what was gonna happen he basically threw himself on top of the dog to protect her. As a results, the dog was in a bad shape but alive since the man took most of it, he then went straight to the vet close by without even calling an ambulance for himself. He had no one to take the dog if he was in the ospital that's why he did it, but still he didn't leave until the doctor told him more than once that the dog was not in danger and she was gonna be fine. I should have specified that the dog was a small dog so she could have died if it weren't for the man
Amazing, my late father-in-law was in love with our dog till the end.Even though he was dying, he was more interested in whether Barney had been walked and fed and he worried about our adorable dog without ever once complaining about his condition. That's true love I guess❤
My wife and me too love dogs, all God's creatures in fact. We feed street dogs ( They're plenty here in India) pigeons on our terrace, sparrows , crows and doves too. It takes a bit of time but the rewards are priceless.

I would've died several times over for my boy when he was here. Hell, i ragdolled myself across my frozen backyard after he fell into a ditch by the treeline and yelped. Broke a finger and bruised my tailbone so bad i couldnt sit for a week lmao. Fell like 6 times in 20 feet then jumped into the brush and threw him back up. I miss ya Gamz. I really do.
I had a little Lhasa Apso pup, and I remember a similar experience that happened, but she was much smaller, and my run wasn't that far. This little boy LOVES his buddy. I remember thinking I'd rather take the bite than my pup. Thankfully it didn't happen. This little boy deserves mayor respect and props for placing his friends safety first. This is a special boy.

This is an amazing video in that it illustrates on the surface the bond a boy has with his pet dog. However, the underlying lesson learned in the video is much more profound than that. It speaks to the greatness of this boy's character and devotion he has for a friend, his dog. At 16 yrs old, my German Shepard saved me from getting jumped and scared their dog off. From then on, I constantly put myself at risk to be sure no harm came Smokey. Dogs are life.
I was thinking how strong he is too. He didn't even struggle to pick the good sized dog up and then while carrying him, he ran up those steps fast with his legs doing all that work. He looks to be a natural athlete and has super strength 💪. 👏 👏 👏

At 16 yrs old, my German Shepard saved me from getting jumped and scared their dog off. From then on, I constantly put myself at risk to be sure no harm came Smokey. Dogs are life.

I was thinking how strong he is too. He didn't even struggle to pick the good sized dog up and then while carrying him, he ran up those steps fast with his legs doing all that work. He looks to be a natural athlete and has super strength 💪. 👏 👏 👏
