To all in the comments who said this is a sega game and not PlayStation, WWF Wrestlemania the arcade game was released for super nintendo, sega genesis, sega 32X, sega saturn, sony playstation, MS DOS, and in the arcades. The version showed here is the arcade version emulated on MAME. BTW PlayStation version has no music during gameplay. There is music when you lose and at the character select. Same with the Saturn version but there is music before the fights.

I like being Undertaker in this game, but I'm very disappointed that we can't choose his grey color as well. I really wish I can choose his grey color as well when I choose him as Player 1 cause grey is his true color. Yes, purple is his true color as well, but he wore grey first. Somebody please make Grey Undertaker Playthrough happen someday.
And yet the wrestlers even looked more like themselves in this game than most 2k efforts lol ... Ok a bit tough around the edges but the motion capture was decent for its age

I remember this game very well and played it on SEGA in 1997 with my brothers when I was 14 years old. At that time I wished if they have added Diesel , Triple h, Owen Hart and British Bulldog and removed Doink , Bam bam beglow to have the strongest in the list at that time.

I never understood why this game had blocking mechanisms when I was a kid. We all know wrestlers don't block, It goes against the basic principles of wrestling. It honestly never felt like a wrestling game to me.
This game is graphically superior and more fun than WWE 2K20.

Its Light punch button or just regular punch if thats what you call it.
I read somewhere that Yokozuna would have had a fatality where he dropped the house lights on his opponent but it had to be scrapped for some reason.
