Nikon D200 - Any Good for Night Photography in 2024?

- The weather finally became a bit warmer so I decided to do some night photography for a change! My camera of choice today is the Nikon D200, I find the high ISO look from this camera quite suitable for these types of environments!

I use the D200 up to the maximum ISO available, it's very noisy but that's the look I'm going for as well. If I wanted less noise I would use a camera with a CMOS sensor.
Expecting my intro to Nikon to go well with this camera, waiting for it to arrive is the fun part.
How did it go? The camera probably arrived by now 😄
Bought the body like new, didn't think it'd be so solid, such a beauty! Only issue is I bought two old lenses, and both sellers listed the wrong mount type. My fault for not triple checking and being clueless. Just glad this anticipation is making it more exciting!
Edit: making some pinhole lenses, havin fun.
@@jlyn8228 Great that it's in such a good condition! A bit unfortunate about the lenses, mistakes happen sometimes. I like the AF & AF-D era Nikon lenses. A bit noisy and slow to focus compared to newer lenses, but they can be found cheap in a good condition (since they don't have any complex electronics).
