Omg love this tutorial!! I’m just curious can I add food coloring to this? It won’t ruin the consistency and one more thing should I refrigerate my cupcakes then make the frosting then pipe then put in the fridge again?
Hi Antonia! You canuse food coloring gel so that you will not ruin the consistency. Cool your cupcakes in the counter before frosting. Once cupcakes are frosted, you can put them back in the fridge to set.

Yes you can use this for piping but make sure you keep in the fridge before serving.

been baking for almost a decade now, and the measurement of your frosting for 225grms of cream cheese for 1-2cups of icing sugar is I think misleading. for every 225gmns of CC = 1/4 cup of butter, is equivalent to 4-4.5 cups of icing sugar .not 1-2cups of icing sugar.. c'mon, please. thank you.
