i haven't been paying attention to this bands personal life for a minute (i loved running and 1015 is one of my fav glass beach songs) but j looks great with long hair! glad to hear you all are still killing it and how much you all have improved as a live band! i hope to see you all when touring becomes a thing again, and i'm pumped for the second glass beach album whenever that arrives!!

for real! that was the exact reason I didn't buy an electric set, they just don't have the natural sound, there are kits that come close but it'll never be perfect
@@gulllll ye there's a "making of" video of the record and they used acoustic drums and live they use acoustic drums too. I'm guessing they're just using electric drums to keep the neighbors happy lol

This is quite a jump in quality with the singing, playing, and mixing! The old raw sound is okay (cracking voice, flubbed notes, and all), but this really captures what these songs were meant to sound like, in my mind. Nice work!

for real! that was the exact reason I didn't buy an electric set, they just don't have the natural sound, there are kits that come close but it'll never be perfect
