We caught the water taxi from Puerto Calero to Puerto del Carmen recently and it's quite a walk up the hill to Biosfera but senior management wanted to do some shopping and she needed (wanted) a new handbag. I'm not a great fan of being dragged around the shops but I have to say I quite enjoyed our hour or so there. It is an impressive structure and has some great views. Could anyone please tell me how I can contact the shoe shop RKS ? I bought a pair of boots and they gave me 2 left shoes, I didn't notice until I got home to Ireland, I'm disgusted as they told me it had happened previously and then they did the same to me 😡😡

I don’t mind criticism, Charles, but I’ve had more than 1.6 million views on my videos, and that’s the very first time someone has told me I speak unclearly. I’ve just listened to it again, and it sounds perfectly clear to me. I guess you could try using headphones, a better speaker set up, or turning on the subtitles, but I’m afraid I can’t do any better at my end.
