I'm quite old 60+ watching this. when i was at school i had severe reading problems, i couldn't read/ write till double years . It was my love and fascination of Dinosaurs that helped so much to get me to read, also i had no option but to attend Sunday school at a village here in norfolk and if your attedence was good all year you could get a prize of your choice "within limits you understand" my choice ŵas a book, Dinosaurs and other prehistoric reptiles, on the presentation day we duly sat and awaited the head teacher to present our gifts, my turn came she then said " this award goes to Maurice for his attendence and it's about Dinnersors what ever they are!" it's somthing i will always remember. I told a lady who worked in the village shop about the book one day and she laughed out loud " what a load of old rubbish they don't even exist! " God how times change... all this for a little sweet tin diorama , enjoy and keep safe everyone.
Thank you for your comment, I hope you find joy in all the many new dinosaur books and documentaries that come out all the time, and I'm glad you found Kayakasaurus's channel to enjoy, like all of us did.
You’re telling me you can sculpt, paint, draw, AND make a video with perfect cinematography? This is art. Not just the diorama, the experience of watching it (although the diorama is insanely good)
Normies: this cool looking tin box came with the mints I bought, maybe I can do something with it! Kayaka: this cool looking mints came with the tin box I bought, maybe I can do something with them!
Just wanted to tell you that your channel started me off on my first sculpey piece and it turned out better than I even knew I was capable of. Now my head is full of ideas for other things I want to make and I think you may just have given me the gift of a great hobby. I could never aspire to your talent, but let me tell you that myself, and probably many people, aren't just here admiring your amazing, amazing work; but also learning and getting inspired. So firstly I wanted to say thank you, and also ask if I may, what kind of alcohol do you use for smoothing the sculpey?
I was so excited when I saw the title for this. I LOVE mini dioramas!! I've made a few myself. :) But not even as close to as detailed as this! Those tiny spinos are perfect. I like the kingfisher coloring. And that teeeeny tiny sawfish! Just...Oh, my goodness.
I have seen pieces of art in many museums and art galleries that lack the life and movement and enchantment that you have created here. It's absolutely breathtaking. Brilliant. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm speechless (almost).
I would love to have seen some more 3D elements on the lid; like some foliage and rotted stumps/ a downed tree... those kinds of things. - Still loved it though. 🌲🦖🦕 😃👍
I have no idea why this showed up on my feed, nor why I felt compelled to sit here and watch it. I've learned that people have some very strange, but beautiful hobbies. I've no idea why you would want an altoids mint box to open up to a mini prehistoric world, but to etch their own. Its pretty amazing.
Like everyone in the comments : *talking about the beautiful diorama* Me : It's amazing and I love it! Though I feel like we are forgetting the funniest thing in the video....... The adorable baby maiasaura. Who wants the mints....
I love this more than I love the ability to breathe, especially that intro. The fallen log in the water is just plain amazing for such a "simple" thing! So real.
WOW! How do you make all of these? Are there any tips or tricks that you are willing to share? THIS IS SO AWESOME! Spinosaurus is one of my favorites btw.

You should upload videos of them
I’d love to see your work!
Cmon everybody, lets chant at them to get a video! "Give us a vid!"
One of the most interesting things I've seen in a long time. I love how it turned out! That was a joy to watch.
Nothing into a whole miniature world. And you can hold it in your bare hands
Seeing him paint on that little piece of paper all I could think is...Bob Ross would be proud.
I thought if bob ross too
"Just paint in some happy little trees, and let's give this one a friend". Is what thought when he painted the trees.
We need to give this Spinosaurus a friend. Everyone needs a friend, even Spinosaurus

First to say, I’m a massive fan of your creations and keep it up!
Muchísima imaginación, la idea de que dinosaurios adopten el comportamiento de los osos pescando salmones me parece muy original. Bravo
also. i LOVE how you take inspo from birds to paint your dinos. SO PRETTY!!!!
I've been sculpting for like 6 years using (almost) the same materials, and still amazes me how much you can learn from watching this channel
If I could make this, I would take it everywhere. Great job!

The lid still needed to close without interfering with the dinos and waterfall and tree in the bottom half. There is only so much room in those tins.
The best part is you can still close the box!!!.........Amazing!!!!
