In my opinion they could go darker (I’m south sudanese so I’m pretty dark) but I’m happy to see how the beauty industry is progressing
that is what I kept thinking too! I am only on the opposite side of the spectrum with muted cool olive undertones- which just to say is nothing near the struggles I can see, hear of or imagine from the deeper/deepest spectrum. always five million shades of light to medium. I am glad to see your comment 💕 your perspective is needed & appreciated
You can make your own shade. I saw the pure pigments from nyx to add to your foundation or concealer you know whateva. Royal blue for cooler tone ,red for a warmer tone,yellow of course for a more olive tone but you can mix with red for orange and so on. They have a white to lighten it and black to darken. So its just a matter of taking time to mix to your perfect colour.

It looks great. Things like this shows what black girls want for their makeup can be done. I have seen so many people say oh you do not need this you don't need that. Only wear your makeup like this and that. More and more products are coming out showing that what we want and ask for can be done. Once more it looks great and I'm definitely going to buy this.

Something about Lys feels like it's the OG Rose Inc. The carefully curated collection, the feeling that a lot of thought went into the products released, the skincare benefits, the distinct packaging, the light luxury feel.. and it's cheaper too!!
It's pleasent to see a black woman being able to do makeup the way she wants, without having to improvise because of lack of tones, it turned out beautiful and this is the way to go 😘
This just came up on my recommended and lemme tell you, the look you gave when you applied it... made my heart burst. I love seeing rich complexion products that actually are usable being released. That deep bronzer shade is so cool and versatile!! It can be a foundation, though Ohemma says it's creamy so probably best to take little of it. It's also quite neutral enough to be a contour. And take a subtle amount and can be an eyeshadow base!!! 😫💖 LYS has been in my radar for a while but I think I'm gonna save enough to get more from them.

LYS is amazing. First, I found their foundation. Then one blush. A second one was next. Now? I'm going IN. I just purchased two of their contour sticks and a new summer foundation shade. This is stunning and it is such a nice almost neutral bronzer for deeper skin tones. All companies should be putting products like this out to cater to any and every skin tone and depth. And like you said, when you swiped the product on your face to swatch it, the formula itself looks gorgeous and it would be amazing for LYS to have that formula in foundation shades!!! It looked so flawless and radiant on your cheek!

Maybe because this days makeup is also an art, not only the way to hide skin unperfections, so you need all tones. I mean, look at this beautiful chocolate skin tone, there is nothing to hide, so healthy and gorgeous! Meanwhile I'm as pale person with dark-blue circles just looking dead without makeup.

First of all, let me say how much I love your hair!! So pretty! And I have to say I STAN LYS!! I adore every product I have tried from them and I own two blushes, the foundation and the Concealer. I want to try more but not sure what yet. I recently purchased a BUNCH of cream bronzers, two in compact form and one in stick form. So I absolutely do NOT need another one... but I still want it. Haha and their prices are the icing on the cake!!

Ohemaa, it is Beautiful! I’ve not been excited about a bronzer stick since Juvias put out the shade sticks. On Sephora all the shades are sold out except the last two darkest shades. For $19! I’m getting today! Where you contoured your forehead, it’s a natural progression to your skin shade. Blends so well that the eyes doesn’t pick up anything. Good looking out💜
You're already stunning without makeup but you know how to enhance your features to really make them pop. Honestly, all I see is perfection form all angles. That hairband whatever you have in your hair looks gorgeous on you.
