I am not sure why you are using a slow mo there in the middle of the video, or the frame rate just dropped, but it's kind of unnecessary and making the scene kind of weird. Also if you want to make a slow mo, make sure the camera is steady, a shaking camera and a slow mo is a bad combination (use a gimbal for this). I think you can make the scene more interesting by making it more dynamics, like an overhead shot while slowly zooming in on the guy assembling the rail, or a close up shot of the guy aiming at the camera with his rifle while the focus is switching from the muzzle devices then towards the guy face could be also interesting. Just food for thoughts.
