    Real interesting, if you look at it, Kesler is pushed into goalie by Nurse. Kesler is holding onto his stick the entire time, which causes the stick to get lodged under Talbot's pad. Nurse also gives Kesler several shoulder to shoulder/arm shoves that make Kesler move into the goalie even more, all the while keslar still holds onto his stick. Only at towards the end do you see Keslar get his stick free. Easy call for the rule makers and Toronto because most of the contact is coming from Nurse. Without Nurse's constant contact this goal probably gets overturned.

  • @jakek.1028

    So happy to see that, Plus ducks made history. First team to be down 3 goals, and to get that comeback

  • @blueskyexpo
    @blueskyexpo 7 років тому +4

    It's Nurse's fault. He shoved both Kelsar and Perry into a hard sliding Talbot, whose left leg shoots out of the blue paint. Then Keslar's face is sandwiched by Nurse's shoving arm and Talbot's pad. Talbot puts his stick and arm on Keslar's shoulder. Holding Keslar down. That's why Talbot's pad is pushing against Keslar's face.

    Pittsburgh fan here, so no bias. That goal definitely shouldn't of counted. I've seen no goal for goalie interference on much slighter interference actually. He clearly had his glove in between his knee and shin guard for about 5 seconds. Yeah, he got pushed at first, but he literally stayed there afterwards and then put his hand where he did. Clearly interference. The only reason you'd be saying it's not is if you're a Ducks fan yourself. Which a lot of the people commenting are because lets be real, they definitely searched this up on UA-cam more than anyone.

    I want the Oilers to win (not as a fan, but as a Canadian wanting to see the Cup back where it belongs). That being said, Anaheim's 3rd goal was a good goal. The Oilers players had far too much influence over putting their goaltender in that position (2 Anaheim players practically on top of him) to have it ruled no goal due to goaltender interference.
    One of my biggest pet peeves about playoff hockey these days is that the refs allow far to much unnecessary pushing and shoving and CROSS-CHECKING in front of the net without penalties being called. Battling for position is one thing. Doing so when the puck is nowhere near or by using cheap shots is still qualified as a penalty in my books. Use the damn whistle and the right players will actually be successful based on skill instead of by who can get away with the most shenanigans.

    Man, that's a tough one to call. In the old days Kesler would have been on his keister long before he got close to Talbot. . Kesler was clearly interfering with Talbot as he was fighting for body position with the D, it's a good goal because of Nurse pushing Kesler against Talbot. The oilers should try the same and let's see what happens, if the Ducks get away with it then why not the Oilers.

    Great comeback by Ducks / Huge choke by oils . If I’m a Oiler Fan / Player / Coach
    I’m Pissed @ Zack Kassian for foolishly Fighting up 2-0 & seemingly sparking what had been dead Ducks . Ya gotta know when to Throw em & when to walk away - it’s gotta be about the Team & not your Rep

    Hilarious comments, with no valid points. Yeah Oilers collapsed brutally, in a very emotional game again, but I love how no one mentions that the Oilers are a very young, in-experienced team that is learning how to win and sometimes lose! Adversity, lessons learned in crucial situations, they will take on with them as they grow! And last time I checked its just 3-2 ducks!? Gretz and co. faced the same kind of things against the powerhouse Islanders before they learned to be champions, and what it really takes to win! And furthermore, this young future powerhouse will be in your kitchen, faces, for the next decade, or so lol spoiling, and they have already exceeded most of all of ours expectations this year for such a young core! Real fans..We are very proud of them, go ahead and hate, but get used to us lol, and if by some chance, if the Oil wins next 2 in a row, what are all you guys going to be saying...we'll see..try and have some class, respect for any team that's made it this far!

    Kesler's hand was on his stick the entire time and he was pushed into the net twice by Nurse, blame the refs some more

      I'm amazed so many stayed....3 minutes to go and down 3-0, not exactly a situation inspiring a lot of confidence. Especially considering how Edmonton has been playing. But for those that stayed, you have an epic comeback for the ages. For those who left, just like the Bruins fans who left when the Leafs had them put away, this is why you play sports. Not a Ducks fan, but that was truly amazing. Edmonton should have won this series by now...this game will rank up with the Miracle on Manchester on the Oilers fans worst ending ever list

    This is worse than the Leafs collapse. It doesn't matter the game #, every game means the same. Giving up 3 goals in 3:15 is way worse than 3 goals in 12 minutes.

    To anyone who complaining about the refs. How about you complain about your team allowing 3 goals in 3 minutes and 9 seconds. It should have never been 3-2 in the first place.

    Honestly, the 3rd goal should’ve been called off. It still hurts to this day. Horrible officiating.

    Maybe I'm talking to you with that goofy comment when the video clearly, starting at 3:43, shows him hook and then grab the top of Talbot's leg pad. He holds on so much Talbots's actually drags him. Open your eyes, it's obvious.

    I just feel bad for Cam Talbot, twice screwed on review, remember how embarrassing it was to watch Hasek flop like a fish? Keep this up Gary and you'll have 30 new divers next season
