The combination of your blunt humor, self-deprecation, and honest, educating critique is fuckin great bro
the reason why the mouth movements are so off is because the production company, vídeo brinquedo, was brazilian and all their films were originally animated and dubbed in portugese. then they would hire voice actors for english, spanish, and french. this explains the weird wording of stuff as well, meaning that the producers probably just used a sophisticated translator for the script, and knew little to no english so there was probably not that much editing done to the script after it was translated. also, she doesn't mention it in the video but the city their supposed to be in is rio, not paris like ratatouille, and the narration weirdly doesn't mention that that's where they are, it just calls it "the marvelous city". this film is just so weird.

I remember watching these movies as a kid, they are actually more common than the originals in some places (in Brazil where these were made ofc)
This looks like some educational thing my elementary school would put on during lunch or that one period when several classes were either playing outside or watching a movie, but the kids that shared a campus with us was in the auditorium and it the weather wasn’t good,, so we just sat in the cafeteria and talked.
