All Pellet Bedding products are not the same

Comparison of pine pelleted bedding vs. pelleted straw bedding. Equal amounts of each (1.57 lbs.) was placed in equal size bowls. The same volume of water (20 oz.'s at same temperature) was added to each sample.
You can see the difference in color, rate of absorption, & expansion between the two products.
