Nice to have a decent away shirt for a change after last season horrendous away strip kit that was a bad luck shirt I hope this kit does justice from last season I rate it 10/10

I have the Germany home player issued authentic kit with 17Wirtz on the back.. lightest jersey I’ve ever owned, but it feels very durable and high quality! It’s even lighter than my match owned Kimmich Bayern shirt. I did hear that on the Euro kits Germany got the highest quality shirt

You are not comparing like to like. The replica is the ‘fan version’ while the authentic is the ‘player version’. Fake jerseys are also available in both ‘fan’ and ‘player’ versions. Should compare the same versions.

Fantastic comparison video as always. This year I am team replica. In my opinion it looks way better. Things I don't like with the authentic is the half collar for starters. After seeing the pre season game against Arsenal it made my mind up. Half the players had one side of the collar up and the other down. It just doesn't sit right and think it was a mistake to go with the half collar as opposed to the full collar on the replica. Secondly I am definitely not a fan of the fabric or the waffle pattern used on the authentic. The replica looks far superior in my opinion. For the £110 price tag of the authentic I would of expected better quality. Another thing I do not like is the heat pressed Adidas stripes on the shoulders, they look cheap! Also the shirt is way too lightweight which also adds to the lack of quality compared to past authentic shirts which we have been blessed with. I don't like how the authentic is shorter in length, why? I always buy the authentic shirts but this year I feel Adidas dropped the quality on our shirts! Hopefully the third shirt will use the same fabric as last year's authentic shirts. I may even give this one a miss this year! 😏

Replica lasts a lot longer than authentic and you're paying a lot less too. The badge won't come off after a few washes either. For casual wearing the replica is better, but if you're planning on wearing it for a football game, then authentic is better. I get a mixture of one another, depending on which looks and feels better. I work at Man United so I get a big discount anyway
@@mohammedfaiisal The badges on the authentic versions are great quality too, but I’d be concerned over a number of years that heat transfers will naturally degrade. I’ve still got shirts that are 30 years old which are embroidered and in fabulous condition!

The collar differences between the two. The replica is your standard polo type collar. Not so for the authentic.
