I hope my simulations will educate the general public about potential earthquake related hazards and create more curiosity about Earth Science in general. I do also hope that my videos will inspire a future generation of amazing architects, engineers and scientists! We all need to peacefully work together to make this world a better place. :)
My goal is to show people around the world the effects of different earthquake shaking levels on various buildings and structures.

The most deadly thing about Taiwan's 921 earthquake was the large up and down shaking. Tens of thousands of houses near the epicenter collapsed, making it a mess, like a hell on earth.

In addition, there were many large-scale aftershocks after the main earthquake, and many people who successfully escaped were buried alive when they went home to retrieve their belongings.

Can you also do a simulation of 1943 Tosya-Ladik Earthquake? It's measured as M7.5-M7.7 and max intensity is MSK-64 XI (Catastrophic). It lasted for 4 minutes and the earthquake ruptured a 280km long segment of the North Anatolian fault, from the district of Ilgaz in Çankırı province all the way to Ladik in the Samsun province. Also the fault line split open in the village named Sapaca during the earthquake, and the village shifted 3 meters from its original position after the earthquake.

I'm using Google Translate, so I'm not sure if I've understood it correctly, so please forgive me.
I live in Japan, so earthquakes occur frequently. Japan is not the only country that experiences many earthquakes, but I think everyone should be aware of this. This video only reproduces the damage caused by the earthquake, but in reality secondary disasters such as fires and tsunamis have also occurred.
There was a big earthquake the day before yesterday, so I would like to write about what I experienced. When an earthquake occurs, your only option is to hide under a desk and escape from falling objects. When an earthquake occurs, even if it only happens once, I would like everyone to act calmly and not panic. For those who take off their clothes and sleep because it's hot. please wear clothes. If you have to evacuate, you won't have clothes.

Could you create a video simulating an earthquake in one of the cities somewhere around the Mississippi river? I'd like to know if people living around river banks have to be concerned about liquifaction. If so, how would liquifaction affect the earthquake? Also, if liquifaction is an issue near rivers, how far away from a river, do you think, would it be less of a problem?

Would have loved to see a simulation of the 9.5 Valdivia, Chile and the 9.4 Anchorage, Alaska. Maybe also, the 2004 Sumatra quake.
One small note: the '77 quake of Vrancea, Romania was not that bad in itself. But what was bad was the fact that a lot of the buildings were built using simple un-reinforced concrete, usually coming in blocks and mounted on scene one on top of each other. Funny part is that a lot of the buildings which survived that quake or just merely damaged are still present and there is a lack of government reinforced laws about quake building policies. So if that quake would hit again today, there would be much more damage, mayhem, and fatalities than 40 years ago.

Can u simulate the 7.0 2022 Luzon earthquake?
On July 27, 2022, at 8:43:24 a.m. (PHT), an earthquake struck the island of Luzon in the Philippines. The earthquake had a magnitude of 7.0 Mw , with an epicenter in Abra province.[4][5] Eleven people were reported dead and 615 were injured. At least 35,798 homes, schools and other buildings were damaged or destroyed, resulting in ₱1.88 billion (US$34 million) worth of damage.
The tectonics of the northern Philippines and around the island of Luzon are complex. Luzon is bounded to the east and west by subduction zones. In the southern part of Luzon, the subduction zone is located east of the island along the Philippine Trench, where the Philippine Sea Plate subducts westward beneath the Sunda Plate. In northern Luzon, where the July 27 earthquake occurred, the subduction zone location and direction changes, with another trench (Manila Trench) located west of Luzon and the Sunda Plate subducts eastward beneath the Philippine Sea Plate. The complexity of plate tectonics on and around Luzon is evidenced by the diversity of faulting mechanisms in large earthquakes. Magnitude 7 or greater earthquakes in this region since 1970 have exhibited reverse, normal, and strike-slip faulting. These active plate boundaries lead to high seismic activity. Since 1970, 11 other earthquakes of magnitude 6.5 or larger have occurred within 250 km (155 mi) of the July 27, 2022, earthquake. The largest of these earthquakes was a magnitude 7.7 strike-slip earthquake on July 16, 1990, located approximately 215 km (134 mi) south of the July 27 earthquake. At least 1,600 people died and more than 3,000 people were injured in the 1990 earthquake. The 1990 earthquake also caused landslides, liquefaction, subsidence, and sand boils in the Baguio-Cabanatuan-Dagupan area.[4]
The earthquake occurred as a result of oblique-reverse faulting. Preliminary analysis indicates that the earthquake occurred on either of a low-angle reverse fault dipping to the east with a small component of left-lateral (strike-slip) motion, or on a steeply dipping reverse fault dipping to the northwest with a small component of right-lateral motion. The earthquake depth, mechanism, and location are consistent with the earthquake having occurred in the Philippine Sea Plate above the Sunda Plate. The Sunda Plate subducts eastward beneath Luzon with the plate boundary located off the western coast of Luzon. According to the USGS, the seismic moment released was 5.4e+19 N-m, corresponding to a moment magnitude of 7.1 (Mw ). A finite fault obtained from seismic inversion suggest rupture occurred along a east-dipping thrust fault, and produced a maximum displacement of 0.9 m (2 ft 11 in).[4]
It was reported as 7.3 Ms  by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS).[8][9] The report was later revised to an earthquake of 7.0 Mw  with the epicenter 3 km (1.9 mi) N 25° W of Tayum, Abra at a depth of 17 km (11 mi).[9] Despite being a relatively shallow event, no surface ruptures were identified. A focal mechanism analysis indicate rupture on a reverse fault with either a northeast-southwest striking, steep dipping (69°) plane or a north-south, shallow dipping (8°) plane.[10]
PHIVOLCS initially suspected the earthquake may have occurred on the Abra River Fault. Geologists had been aware of the potential for large earthquakes on the fault. The last known earthquake on the fault was in 1868, measuring 4.0-5.0 in magnitude.[11] The Abra River Fault is a northern extension of the Philippine Fault Zone. As it runs through Luzon, it splays into three branches that runs beneath the southern Sierra Madre mountains, the Central Cordillera Mountains before terminating at the northern coast of the island. The three branches strike north-south and are named (west to east) the Vigan-Agao Fault, the Abra River Fault and the Digdig Fault, respectively. The Philippine Fault Zone is associated with Pliocene and Quaternary uplift of the Cordillera Mountains. The Abra River and Digdig faults display pure strike-slip displacement, while the Vigan-Agao Fault display a large thrust component. In the northern part of Luzon, the Digdig Fault display a normal component.[12]
However the steep-dipping plane and slip sense associated with the Abra River Fault is not consistent with rupture on it. The fault which produced the mainshock had a shallow dip angle and produced oblique-reverse displacement.[10] A scientific journal published by Rimando and others in 2022 revealed the earthquake did not occur on any of the known faults in the area. Modelling of the earthquake indicate a source west of and parallel to the Abra River Fault. Pure dip-slip displacement of 95 cm (37 in) occurred at depths of 13-16 km (8.1-9.9 mi)
