There is what looks like two butterflies hovering and looking at each other (or possibly just one butterfly, I couldn’t see it very well without the camera) to the side and above the Moomin house. If you fly from the same mountain the top hat is on and land on top of the house, look around and you’ll see a glow to the side that’s similar to the way the butterfly in this video glows. Also, I don’t think the mountain top hat counts as OOB, since it’s not blocked off by any boundaries. 🤷♀️ Still a neat little thing to check out while exploring.
Interesting, I'll check out for this glow. Oobs don't necessarily need to be blocked by boundaries, e.g. the rainbow bridge, but I agree that the hat is more like an easter egg than an oob 😂
The hat is actually the Hobgoblin's hat! It's not exactly an OOB place, it's an easter egg from something from the story. Snufkin, Moomin and Sniff found the magic hat on the mountain
