You should add Fairbanks, Alaska to your t-shirts and offer them for sale. Sub-Zero is a great company name.

Mine just plugged up, could not figure out why the flame was having a hard time, would purr if i opened the view port. Realized it is jammed full of soot.

Great job if you don’t mind me asking how long did it take you to disassemble , clean and reassemble?

It varies based on how dirty the boiler is! Plus if you have all the supplies/parts organized while doing the service. Normally takes between 2hrs and 3.5hrs for me.

Are those plates on the side an optional if u wanted to brush it down that way it seems a hell of a lot easier just brushing down from the top part of the boiler like you did in the video

      Great question!
It’s best to brush out the sides too! You can get a lot of soot building up behind the covers plus it allows another angle to brush horizontally across the boiler.
I tried to film what it looks like behind the cover but my camera turned off! It was full of soot!

No body wants to watch videos where the filler music is louder than the talking. Lower the volume of the music of just don't put it in. A voice over would be better.
