Correction: motor speed control via triac uses phase angle control, and hence voltage on motor. Faster or slower pulses have nothing to do with phase control. Honestly, I can't belive you didn't say what those pulses are. Those are zero crossings of AC input voltage, for triac phase control. Dc voltage of 330mV doesn't mean anything in analisys of those waveforms.
thanks but if i did not get wrong the course of the one diode of the bridge rectifier at the diagram is not correct (the diode at the down-left side supplying minus voltage to the 17v capacitor)
