Named and Unnamed, wk 2

As we embark on a journey to explore the stories of named and unnamed women in the Bible this summer, it seems to make sense that we start at the beginning. The very beginning. Eve - or should we say "a woman"? - has often been viewed as lesser-than, inferior, subordinate to "a man" based on the Genesis 2-3 narrative. But was this really the point? And what does the name "Eve" really mean? Join us as we explore this part of the creation myth together this Sunday.
