    SUMMARY BELOW:
    'Every botanical contains hundreds of molecules and bioactive compounds. Each of the bioactives may have the capability to modulate one or more targets. Each target may have an effect on one or more genes and metabolic pathways, which can be involved in one or more diseases. This becomes a very complex biological system with interactive networks of bioactives-targets-genes-pathways-diseases. A new branch that attempts to study these complex bioactive interactions with multiple targets is known as polypharmacology or network pharmacology. Network pharmacology uses computational power and supercomputer-based virtual HTS for docking studies to improve efficiency of discovery process. Network pharmacology also attempts repurposing existing drug molecules for different therapeutic conditions.' Quote from: www.sciencedirect.com/topics/...

    I mix many different teas, I have posted pictures. I suggest you research the teas and what each one does. I pick the ones I need and add them to a base flavor, such as peach, maybe with an orange blend and a little vanilla, (my favorite) it will cover up any unpleasant herby taste. I also use pomegranate or blackberry and just started raspberry. I love them all and this way never get bored.
    Also, I do mix the in a jar and keep it on the counter. Just so I don't have to mix it every time.
    I have been drinking Zen's Tea for , 6 years(?) Now. I'll never change.

    Great content. I also brew my tea with a few dried and crushed Stevia leaves. This offers a bit of sweetness, and helps with me omitting sugar or honey in my Tea Mug.

    What if you add different types of cheese together which are supposed to be for a specific health benefit such as Rob Boyce tea green tea and other cheese such as detox and a variety of yogi tea, would that also give you the benefit of one in all?

      You have to be careful about mixing too many teas, especially if there is no tolerance for strong teas. A licensed medical physicians who specialize in ethnopharmacology and can advise in what teas you can mix; it is a personalized/custom answer.

      @@ZensTeaHouse Thank you for commenting. You have earned my subscription. Sorry for my written errors, I was using audio text. I mixed about 8 teas the other night to see if all it's positive effects will work in one. It didn't taste bad at all. The ginger lemon seemed to have overridden the taste.

    So it's a danger in mixing teas. What teas can be mixed?

    • @ZensTeaHouse
      @ZensTeaHouse  5 місяців тому

      Safe to consume teas are fine but it gets dangerous when people add in strong herbs like Valerian Root, Kava Root, & others you can message us about.

      Depends on the ratios. Not sure if that would taste very good.

    How about green tea with chamomile?

    • @ZensTeaHouse
      @ZensTeaHouse  Рік тому

      If the green tea is a stronger green tea like Pinhead gunpowder or larger green tea from Kenya then that might mix well with Chamomile. It depends on your ratios.
      Please try and comment your thought.

      Green jasmine and chamomile mix very well, I would think any green tea would be fine. If you are trying to relax from the chamomile, consider the caffeine in green tea. Jasmine is also relaxing.
