I think both sides are beautiful but I do prefer the bluer side!

It has got a puppy dog face in the center! Love the color. Larimer is blue and white. Not a bad thing.

This is exactly the result I have been getting! So I ordered the octopus white that Petra uses. I am hoping that helps the white to be less heavy. In the meantime I like the top the best. It's still a very pretty coaster.

I appreciate that you share your experiments with us. Sometimes when you toss a piece aside ('in the bin'), that you didn't like I wonder what I did missed. My favorite colors are teal and purple so this one intrigued me. The end-result wasn't the teal and purple we anticipated but it is lovely.

I think the other side looks like the face of a baby dragon. So cute 🤗
One thing you could try on the white side is get a sander and sand that side down to reveal the colors underneath, then simply put a clear coat over that. I'm sure under the white is a beautiful pattern it would be neat to see it.

@@PouringYourHeartOut I just watched Evan and Katelyn 2 they do a lot of resin pours on their many channels they ended up sanding down a project that had too much glitter and it turned out very nice. Anyway love your work, you have inspired me so much! I've tried many of the techniques you've taught and am having so much fun! Thanks opening up a whole new exciting world!

I think the extra blue dot you put in made a bit of a splodge in the light. Try it without.. it is beautiful though 😊

I wonder if the effect would be different with white alcohol ink as opposed to pigment paste? Maybe the paste is too heavy for this?

Is this just the dragon scale effect without using mica powders and using paste instead. Which is mica with a Epoxy base to it . Just thinking out aloud. This looks amazing a few tweaks they'd be amazing. It's how we learn by making mistakes 🤷😉👌💪🫵❤️👍
